I advised Paradise Appliances of the damage to the other appliances as soon as I noticed the damagesI left a message and also spoke to the assistant when she called me back about the fridgeThat was at the same time we were talking about picking up the fridgeI was advised by assistant that owner did not say anything about the other appliancesI did what I had to do and advised company of damage within the first week of having the appliancesI did NOT say that I need to return all appliances if the do not pickup the fridgeWhat I did say was that if I did not find another *** fridge I will have to return the whole set because it is a setBut I did find another fridge to match and I advised owner on the phone that I will only be returning the fridge. I did NOT request a letter saying I will be refunded for everythingI did ask for a letter saying I will be refunded for the fridge in fullThe owner refused to supply that letter. I did not damage that fridgeI have pictures indicating damages caused by delivery people and the company that pickup the fridgeI have damage to my house from delivery company not being able to lift / move fridge properly for installationAll damages to fridge were caused prior to delivery or by appliance delivery companies. When I filed this complaint a refund was not issuedCompany purposely waited over days to issue a refund to meYes I have the refund of the fridge but not a refund for all the other costsI also have the other pieces that need to be servicedI have text messages proving that I advised owner of damage to my home by delivery company I also have proof that I advised owner that I will want a full refund for everything only if I can't find another *** fridgeI am not sure why Paradise Appliances is lying about the eventsI just want a full refund and the other pieces replaced, fixed or refunded. Thank You

There is much hearsay, "she said, I said" dialogue; No necessity nor any resolutionI will not partake in the blame game any longer. *** *** knew she was purchasing appliances under manufacturer warrant; that she could call to set up service at any time.As an owner, I always try to put myself in the position of my customers*** *** is not an exceptionI truly feel this is a customer that will never be happy with any solution brought to the table.• MsDaniels was contacted by another owner of the store (10/28/16) in hopes of resolvingI did not want to call her myself; last time we spoke she was aggressive & profane; I thought it might be better for someone other than me to call.• Spoke with her & offered to set up service with the manufacturer as a courtesy; she needed to provide serial #’s of the stove & dishwasher. • Her complaints: stove “gives off a smell” & dishwasher “is not properly drying”. • Was asked which day & time worksHer response "ANY DAY BUT 10/4, she does not work & is available ANY OTHER DAY". • *** was contacted to set up the calls at the same timeThey were even asked to call her when they are on their way so she would have a more exact time rather than an hr window.• Her appt scheduled for 11/2• Immediately e-mailed with the day & time, name of servicer, & servicer contact info. • She responded saying that she isn't available on Nov2nd & she does not use e-mail; she should have been contacted via phone NOT e-mail. I am truly stumped at this point. She has been refunded for the non-working fridgeShe has been contacted & service has been set up as per her stated availabilityShe now has the phone #, name of servicer, & a standing appt.All that needs to be done at this time is she must call the servicer & reschedule the appointment for a time that works best for her. She has also been notified that from now on, any warranty work she needs, she can call *** to set up service
