Contractor not completing work in timely manor, owner is unresponsive, poor quality of work with many issues that need to be corrected
On 9/5/we paid a *** deposit for in-ground fiberglass pool to be installed that winter We have had numerous issues with Paradise Aquatics and Paul *** (owner) during this time and as of this writing on 6/26/the pool is still not complete The quality of work has been poor, and throughout the process the owner has exhibited poor customer service and has been extremely slow and most times unresponsive to multiple calls, texts, and emailsThey have repeatedly given promised schedules of work to be done and staff onsite and 95% of those timelines were never met with repeated promises that ultimately took weeks to fulfill from initial promise We are homeowners that have experience with contractors and understand schedules may need to be modified, such as for equipment, weather, or staff, however, in our instance with Paradise we have been r

Contract was signed on 6/25/and pool completion date was suppose to be 8/25/I initially hired them because of the good communication received (salesman) but once contract was signed all communication endedI have made several attempts to have my deposit returned but as noted below still NO CONTACT!
