a.mShe came in at 10:a.mBefore I started her hair, I asked her " what are we doing today" Ms *** said "a full head sew-in" I asked " are we going to leave any hair out" she said "no"At that point, I proceeded with the service which is braiding the whole head firstHalf way to her hair been braided, she touched the front of her hair seeing that I had already braided itShe said " never mind I was going to ask you to leave some hair out but don't worry" I asked her " what's wrong" she said " I now wanted to leave some hair out to cover my tracks but since you already half way go ahead" I said " I will sew it in where your tracks are not going to showShe said okayI finished the braiding part of the sew-in
Ms *** brought in three bundle of hair and a closure piece she purchased from the internetShe told me that was her first time buying hair from that vendor, I asked her if she was going to use the hair again she said noI asked her if it was okay to cut the weave as I sewed it in for a better result for her tracks not to showShe said that she did not want the hair to shed as a result of it being cut but go ahead cause she did not want her tracks to showI told her the hair is going to shed regardlessI did her sthe way she asked me to do it including the closure pieceShe paid me $for the service she said that she was satisfied with the service and she left
Later on that day, she called to tell me that she was not satisfied with the closure piece cause of the way she could put her finger underneath itI told her that was not a problem if she could come back the next day to let me see so I could fix itWe agreed 9:a.mI came to work waiting for Ms *** and she did not show upAt about 10:30+ she called me very hostile telling me that she did not know that her step Dad was going out of town and she could not make it to the shop and she wants her money backI told her that I am willing to fix whatever is wrong with her hairShe said no she wants her moneyShe accused me of stealing her money, she is going to call the police on meif I want I could take $from the money but she wants the rest of her money backI told her that from the beginning of the service, I asked her how she wants her hair done and I did exactly what she asked me to do and I don't feel that I should refund the money just because she decided to change her mind in the middle of the serviceThis is not my first time doing this client's hair, I have done Ms ***' hair numerous time in the pastI didn't do anything different except putting the closure pieceI am still willing to refund her $that I charged her for the closure piece but not for the full head sew-in
I want to resolve this issue amicably because I value all my clients it is not my fault, Ms *** didn't have a ride to come to the shopWhy should I be punished when I offered to fixed whatever is wrong but chose not toI already undercharged for a full head sew-inAll of my clients are always satisfy with my sew-inIf you have any further questions, you can call me at ***thank you for your time and consideration in this matter
