did not make upgrades to  finishes and selections.  Naturally, at this stage in name game it would be foolish to pursue having a further working relationship with [redacted] and [redacted] with the obvious issues that are at hand. When they had signed the budgetary amount in the intent to build at the front end of the project we did not include everything that they have talked about since because since we signed the contract they have  verbally added. In light of the fact that they have not put down any money there is no money that is owed to them, that claim is simply a fraudulent statement.In light of the fact that the project could have been on budget without their upgrades, we at Paradise builders consider the blueprints and plans to be owned by us and if the project is accomplished would have a monetary right to building our design or any of our ideas. This is in accordance with state law regarding proprietary plans and prints.... if they would like, they can purchase the plans and specs otherwise to build our design is against the law without paying for it.Quite honestly I find it hard to believe an individual would pursue a claim with the Revdex.com after receiving months of design services and planning for free... once again, they were never charged a dime however I would be happy to send a bill for design services and time that I have involved with their project and are justly due inside of the signed intent to build. I  had chosen to let it die however I would be more than happy to pursue all that is justly deserved and outstanding with Paradise Builders.Thank you for your time,[redacted]

Review: An intent to build was signed 9/22/14 and the proposal by paradise builders exceeded our budget. The intent specifically states :“The cost of the project is not to exceed an estimated cost of $109,000 (High End). Design/Planning/Architectural work is free if the proposal for the project is found to be within agreed parameters noted below and on budget. The customer is not responsible for any design/planning/architectural costs if project exceeds the estimated budget noted above. Additionally, if the project is over budget, the customer has the option to either stop the design process and terminate the relationship with Paradise Builders, or they may choose to move forward with the project despite being over budget. In either case, the customer is not responsible for any time or expenses on the part of Paradise Builders involved with the design/planning/architectural work.”

1) The proposal, as written, did not include all design parameters outlined in the “Intent to Build”

2) The proposal, as written, exceeded our budget of 109,000 (High End)

3) [redacted] and I have the option to stop the design process and terminate the relationship with Paradise Builders (which we have stated in emails dated 1/9, 1/14, 1/17)

4) The customer is not responsible for any time or expenses on the part of Paradise Builders involved with the design/planning/architectural work- as seen on contractDesired Settlement: Terminate the relationship with PB

No further contact/calls with or from PB

Expect any retainer paid to be returned in full amount within 2 weeks-seen in intent to build

Paradise Builders gave us a fair quote and a good experience on our three season room. Their help was friendly, professional, considerate and through.

We will use them again.

Poor Service... Did not respond in a timely manner. Claims to be something they are not, a builder with integrity, they truly have none.

My experience with Paradise Builders was very positive. Everyone I encountered during my kitchen re-do was professional and very skilled. They were punctual and diligent in making sure everything was done right. Communication was excellent and any questions I had were promptly answered. Paradise Builders designed a great kitchen for me and the finished product is beautiful.
