It is not our responsibility to notify DMV that the lease was turned in it is the lease companies and there is no money owed on the registration because the customer has proof he was no longer the ownerThe miles are stated on the contract and signed for by the customer, we are sorry that there is a misunderstanding but we are very diligent going over the contract with every customer so if there was an issue with the mileage it would have needed to be brought up at the time of saleAgain we are sorry for the experience you had in turning in your lease we have not had this issue before so we obviously failed at the time you turned in your lease at explaining the process to you

company to come and inspect the dropped off leased return vehicle within a few days and then the bank notifies the client pf any excess wear and tear and or excess millageA lease agreement is between the bank and the client and it is not up to a dealership nor will the bank allow us to quote them any amount for additional chargesThose fees are between the bank and the clientA dealership only does an odometer statement and stores the vehicle until the bank picks them up. As for other departments not being aware that your lease was turned in we apologizeWe are now adding an additional step to the lease return process by updating our system that the lease was returnedWe appreciate the feedback and feel this will be a benefit to all.Any monies owed to the DMV or the Bank would be responsibility of the client. I am rejecting this response because: It is nice that *** *** is now explaining the lease vehicle return policy more than two months after I turned the vehicle in on August 8, However, it is unacceptable that no one, despite asking numerous people numerous times, could explain the return policy to me on or after August 8, Also, *** *** failed to address the fact that I did not get the 12,mile a year lease I asked for back on August 13, I should not have received any bill from the DMV as I owed the DMV no money at the time I returned the vehicle to Paradise ChevroletWhen I returned the vehicle on August 8, 2017, I was given a "release of liability" concerning that vehicle at that timeSomeone should have notified the DMV that I no longer owned or was in possession of the vehicle after August 8, The registration renewal was not due to the DMV until August 14, So, For *** *** to say that any money owed to the DMV is my responsibility is not only incorrect, but also Paradise Chevrolet trying to transfer their responsibility to meThis is also unacceptable

The remaining work has been completed. Except for the delay, I am very happy with the overall quality of the work performed. I would definitely do business with Paradise Chevrolet Temecula Service Department again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

HAPPENED SINCE HIS RECENT PURCHASE. I DO NOT FEEL PARADISE CHEVROLET HAS DONE ANYTHING WRONG IN THIS SITUATION BUT I HAVE AGREED WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT WE WILL REPLACE THE TORN TIE ROD END AT NO COST TO HIM.
