I am rejecting this response because:

Regards,

I sent the dealership the ([redacted]) documents from the towing company and on that document it has a reason cod number on it that can be checked by the DMV that state the reason for the car being towed. [redacted] at the dealership said he talked to someone, and they told him it was park in a no parking and that's not true. I call the towing company and asked if someone had called in regards to this and they said no. I have never stated to anyone that I parked my car in a no parking zone and go towed.I have the fax copies to prove it and Darin never call me back on the subject. I took the car to a nearby dealership ( Keys Chevrolet) of Van Nuys for repair and at no time did I say to them that my car got tow for parking in a no parking zone. Here's a fact when I got my car out of the impound it went right to the shop, because of the reason it was towed.

Review: As a first time buyer of a new vehicle, I highly regret making this purchase, especially because the price that was first stated to me was significantly lower than the total amount I signed on the contract. Initially I felt I was getting a great deal, but at the end of the day I felt deceited. When signing the legal paper work, the sales person kept telling that everything that was offered to me and it was included in the cost of the vehicle. Never did he tell me that a lot of the perks were OPTIONAL and therefore an extra expense. In addition, the cost of such perks were not pointed out to me, but rather presented to me in manner that demonstrated it was part of the contract. I feel dissapointed in myself and frustrated that I signed that contract.Desired Settlement: I would like the initial price that was presented to me, not the higher amount I was deceited into signing. I want a thorough explanation of why the amount increased significantly.

Response:

09/10/2013. [redacted] signed all the paperwork that was presented and explained to her. However, she later called and asked if we would cancel out the Warranty coverage charge as well as the GAP Premium. We asked her to visit with us and we would cancel the items. She did not show, but called again on 9/6 and asked again if we would cancel the items mentioned. We asked her again to visit with us and we would cancel the items. She has not visited with us yet.

Review: January 10, 2014To Whom It May Concern,I purchased a Certified Pre owned Chevrolet Cruz on 8-8-2013 from Paradise Chevrolet. On October 14, 2013 my daughter had a minor accident damaging the front right quarter panel, front bumper and right front headlight. The repair work was completed at Hedricks Collision Center at [redacted] W. Shaw Ave. Suite#[redacted], Clovis Ca. 93612 ###-###-####. J[redacted] was the Estimator from Hedricks Collision (###-###-####).During the tear down process the technicians found previous damage to the vehicle that was not part of my daughter's accident. The representative from Hedricks informed me the work performed was substandard. I was informed the substandard work represented a safety issue to the vehicle. Previous damage was found on the frame. The repair welds on the frame were extremely poor and showed signs of rust. The bumper included fog lights but when the bumper was removed no fog light electrical harness was found (fog lights were non functional). The worked stopped on the vehicle until we worked out a deal with Paradise Chevrolet. T[redacted] from Paradise Chevrolet agreed to pay for the damage discovered by Hedrick's Collision (Approximately $1066.) Once that agreement was reached the repair work began again. Sub sequentially more damage was found on the right upper rail (frame) totaling $381.45. I contacted Todd Snider again and informed him about the new damaged found. Todd was adamant about not authorizing anymore money for repairs. He suggested I talk to his supervisor D[redacted]. After numerous phone conversations with D[redacted] and providing all required documentation he requested, he agreed to pay the amount. I have yet to see the money reimbursed to me.My contention is I purchased a vehicle that was misrepresented and structurally not safe. It had safety features that were not functional (fog lights). The 172 point inspection and reconditioning process was a farce. I paid substantially more for the vehicle in the condition it was sold to me. The current value of the vehicle is less due to the major repairs.Desired Settlement: The following is what I would like to occur.Option 1. Return the vehicle to the Dealer with full purchase price returned to buyer. Option 2. Be compensated for the difference of the condition the vehicle was sold to me and loss of use of the vehicle while I got the run around waiting for Paradise Chevrolet to make a decision to pay for the repairs or not ($2500). This amount also includes the fog lights which are on the vehicle but not functional due to the lack of electrical components.Option 3. Reimburse the $381.45 Paradise Chevrolet agreed to pay and be publicly admonished for their sales practice.

Review: On 8/10/15 I took my vehicle to paradise Chevrolet to have it diagnosed for poor drivability issues(runs rough, stumbles on acceleration, idle fluctuates and check engine light is on). I dealt with Jose which is their service writer. I explained to him that I had taken the vehicle to other repair shops previously with no luck of determining the actual drivability issues. Jose assured me that paradise Chevrolet would figure out the problem. 8/13/15 Jose called me stating their continuing to diagnose the problem.8/17/15 Jose advised me that the issue was a bad fuel pressure regulator. I then stated to Jose that if he was 100% sure that this would correct the issues previously stated that I would have them do the repairs under one condition. If the fuel pressure regulator did not fix the issues I would like my original parts installed and that I would take the vehicle to another repair shop. Jose agreed so I allowed them to perform the repair. 8/20/15 Jose called to inform me that they had been waiting on parts to arrive to continue repairs. 8/24/15 Jose told me that a bracket needed to replaced and that it would not be any additional charge and that the price of the bracket would be deducted from the original repair cost so that my cost would remain the same so I agreed change that part. 8/25/15 I called jose he stated the car was fixed and ready for pick up.8/26/15 went to pick up vehicle and it was running worse than what it was before they did the repairs. The car was running rougher, cutting off and had a loud knocking noise coming from engine. At this time I said to Jose that the car was not fixed and that I would like my original parts installed and I would take the car somewhere else at no cost . He stated that they needed to double check their repairs before release of vehicle to determine the worse conditions.9/1/15 I contacted Jose and was told that they were unable to determine the problem. 9/4/15 Jose states technician dropped washer in engine which caused issues. this was negligence.Desired Settlement: I would like all my original parts installed at no charge and the vehicle returned to me. The vehicle is currently not fixed and as I stated to Jose 2 weeks ago that I did not want any repairs done because they showed negligence by dropping a washer in the engine causing further damage to my vehicle. I have not been compensated for the two weeks of not having a vehicle while paradise Chevrolet tries to continue to fix the above mentioned repairs and I am totally dissatisfied with your services.
