I totally disagree with the statement from the customer we did all work that was necessary and the insurance company agreed with what we did The customer was not down stairs with us for very long and did not see what we were doing We stand behind the statement we sent ?

We were sent to help this customer by her insurance company.Part of the agreement we have with the insurance company is that we arerequired to have the insured review and sign a standard form that allows us towork for the insured and also to be paid directly for our services by theinsurance company The agreement goes on to say that we must take photos, measure rooms, list services completed and finally send to the insurancecompany our bill for review and approvalUpon the review board approval of thisbill it was forwarded for paymentThis is were the trouble startedIt seems that for some reason the money forour services was sent to the insured when the agreement was that it be sent tousThe customer called us and was very upset saying that we didnot do work and that we inflated our bill Especially since I was the one whodid this work Customer was upstairs in her home while most of the work was going on and we were in the basement She did not see what work we had done Customer does not want to pay us for our services that wereapproved by the insurance companyAll of our prices were preapproved by her insurance company and most of the bill was rental of equipment and anti microbial agents whichhelp to prevent mold growth

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments*** Paradise is more than welcomed to send me photos of him ripping up my carpet pad that was non existent, all the contents he removed from my bathroom, hallway, laundry room, and living roomHe can also send me photos of the washing machine and dryer he supposedly detached and reset and the interior door he supposedly also removed and resetPlease at least add the photos of all the water you claimed to have sucked up in my house when you first arrived(Considering my husband and I cleaned all that up the previous day) I would also like to see photos of him spraying my entire downstairs level as wellBut, since the list can go on, we can start thereI would assume this would be easy since *** has stated he took pictures of all the work and that's why the insurance company approved his invoice .Then *** can have his men tell me how the five minutes they spent in my house picking up fans turned into a hour labor costAgain, the list can go on and onAnd, I would like an explanation on how the paper I signed and still have, that states his work is $per man hour (men on Saturday for two hours) if you don't have insurance suddenly changes to a bill of $because I have insuranceOr maybe he thought this would go unnoticed by the insured (myself) if *** did indeed send him the check and not me if it's not obvious, I disagree with Paradise cleaning's previous statement and will continue to do so if they continue to falsify.

I totally disagree with the statement from the customer we did all work that was necessary and the insurance company agreed with what we did . The customer was not down stairs with us for very long and did not see what we were doing . We stand behind the statement we sent . ?

I am still waiting for my lawyer to take care of this .Tell us why here...

We were sent to help this customer by her insurance company.Part of the agreement we have with the insurance company is that we arerequired to have the insured review and sign a standard form that allows us towork for the insured and also to be paid directly for our services by theinsurance company....

The agreement goes on to say that we must take photos, measure rooms, list services completed and finally send to the insurancecompany our bill for review and approval. Upon the review board approval of thisbill it was forwarded for payment. This is were the trouble started. It seems that for some reason the money forour services was sent to the insured when the agreement was that it be sent tous. The customer called us and was very upset saying that we didnot do work and that we inflated our bill . Especially since I was the one whodid this work .  Customer was upstairs in her home while most of the work was going on and we were in the basement . She did not see what work we had done . Customer does not want to pay us for our services that wereapproved by the insurance company. All of our prices were preapproved by her insurance company and most of the bill was rental of equipment and anti microbial agents whichhelp to prevent mold growth.

The focus should not be on how Paradise cleaning was suppose to be paid out through my insurance company.  That is completely irrelevant to me.  The focus is how Paradise cleaning has items on the itemized invoice (which was completed one week after the visit to our home), that were not done.  Invoicing someone for work NOT completed is fraud. I will NOT, especially, have anyone make fraudulent claims against MY policy in which I pay for.    I, my husband and my father (whom was working in the downstairs bathroom) were all present at the time.  Anyone who steps foot into my home to perform work, I am always aware of what is being done.  Ask any contractor or handyman who has stepped foot in my home.  This afternoon, after speaking with the attorney general, and insurance commissioner, they assured me that fraudulent claims are criminal and can be reported to the state police.  This subject will not be dropped until the truth prevails.
