A pool remodel seemed like it would be a daunting experience but Paradise Custom Pools made it painless. From start to finish, on every level they completely exceeded our expectations…in less than three weeks we are floating in our new paradise and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!

On a personal note, I truly enjoyed meeting every person involved in creating this brilliant work of art. As a total DIY homeowner who appreciates attention to detail, I recall telling a team member, [redacted], that he was an artist. From our 30year old blue “totally 80’s” pool, we chose stacked stone, stone coping with pebble bottom. One day when [redacted] and [redacted] were working on the coping, I got a little obsessive and felt like one out of 50 pieces wasn’t the right color. Realize that each piece of heavy stone is lifted, measured, cut & carefully arranged with such flow they make it seem effortless. That evening I tried to move things around a little, thinking I had a better idea for a certain piece and it only took me about two minutes to realize how ridiculous I was to think I could’ve done better…at that point I embraced the process and really let go. The next morning I pointed out the ONE imperfection and without hesitation, [redacted] said he would easily change it out because it was my pool and important to him that I was happy…amazing!
As a consumer it’s important to do your due diligence and make the most educated decision possible. More often than ever before I check the “reviews” like this because I want to know what others have experienced. I choose to work with people who have experience, integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Paradise Custom Pools embraces this mantra and delivered everything that was promised and then some.
When you meet a group of people who do what they do in the hot sun day after day and still have an awesome attitude, you’ve got to ask yourself how you would be…I am humbled that there are still people out there who care.

My wife and I recently engaged Paradise Pools to re-surface our backyard swimming pool. Dominic, the owner of Paradise Pools, laid out the costs clearly, in advance, right up to and including the “restart.”
The project began on the appointed day and progressed to completion on schedule.
We found the crews hardworking, professional, and courteous. At the end of the project, they left the site cleaned up and orderly.
