They installed my septic tank Did not install baffle in the tank coming from the house Sewer backed up into my house Not they will not return my phone calls We have laminate floors The floor is ruined I didn't ask for repairs I only ask for a two minute job for them to install baffle to keep water in the tank No reply They were quick to call me back for installation of tank So why can't you give me a two minute phone call now? Why? Because there is a problem! It would take two minutes to install a T or a baffle Thanks for your sy work I'm seriously thinking of suing

Richey and Lee were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous Although my initial service date was not met due to mechanical problems with their equipment, I had informed the office (Shelley) that my needs were not urgent and that my job's schedule was flexible They did come promptly the next day and I am very pleased with their work - so much so that my wife sent them home with home-made blueberry muffins!
