We originally had Paradise Garage Door Services come out to install a new garage door about years ago Today, Shaun (from Paradise Garage Door Services), came out to rplace a/the spring(s) on our garage door He suggested getting hurricane struts installed to strengthen the door in case we ever have another hurricane come thru, which we needed to do anyway He did a few other minor things to shore up the integrity of the door to make it last longer He was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable We are happy with his work and would recommend him and Paradise Garage Door Services to anyone else looking for this kind of service

Paradise Garage Doors was very goodThe repairman came to my house the day after I called, put the chain on the motor and adjusted the doorUnfortunately for me it was not just the belt that had gone bad, but my motor apparently died as wellTwo days after my repair, when my door wouldn't open/close, I phone back and was given an appointment for the next business day (Monday)The repairman came out and tried to fix the motor but stated it was too old (years+) and it was shotHe COULD try to fix it, but no promises and suggested I purchase a new motorAfter speaking with my wife we decided on the new motorThey installed it the same dayIt is MUCH more quite than my old motor and they didn't have to change out my springs or rails, so that saved some moneyI would highly recommend Paradise Garage Doors for anyone who need garage door repairs, new, or replacement

Paradise Garage door recently replaced my mother's (age 88) garage door. Their service is outstanding. They gave my mother an excellent proposal. They worked with her ( retirement budget) they recommended the proper door to meet with needs. Once they arrived I was present to greet them. They were excellent, very polite and respectful. they went right to work. They wroked diligently from the moment they arrived till the moment they left. They explained the operation of the new door. They left the work area spotless. I had other estimates from others but paradise was the most responsible. I am pleased we went with them. I will highly recommend them.

However, three days later I had another problem with a roller being off the track. I
called Paradise again, but told them that due to a doctor's appointment, I would not be
home until noon. Upon arriving home at 11:45, I was really surprised to find my door
had already been repaired. With this type of service, I would recommend this service
to anyone I know, without reservation. This company also offers senior discounts and
military discounts.
Paradise Garage Doors is always very polite when I call, I have 3 Garage doors so it seems they all brake around the same time. First service call was a belt I had Shaun, did his work and did not push to sell me something I did not need. A couple weeks later on a different door I had a broken spring on a Sunday evening and someone was there early Monday morning. I had to call them back out, was lucky to get Shaun again, nice to have the same person, he was prompt and honored my 4 plus years warranty.
