When the decision to have a destination wedding first came to mind, my wife and I felt slightly overwhelmed by the amount of work we thought we'd have to do to make everything happen So we started small and decided to work on getting the travel agent taken care of first Little did we know, there would not be much else we'd have to do! We found [redacted] from Paradise Getaways in a simple search, and after reviewing her website decided to set up a call The first thing that stood out to us was the ease with which we were able to initiate contact with her There was no anonymous inquiry submission, no calling an number to leave a voice mail We picked the day and time we'd like HER to call US Her website made the process very simple and before we knew it, we were waiting by the phone for her call Which came within minutes of the time we picked! Our initial conversation with [redacted] herself (no liaison or secretary) was for her to get to know us, and to get an idea of what we were looking for Her friendly attitude helped eliminate any nervousness and her obvious in-depth knowledge of everything she offers gained our trust immediately A quick discussion later, we knew we had made the right choice Our situation was unique in that we had already picked a resort that we wanted to attend This was absolutely no problem for *** Unlike other travel agents that we had talked to before, she never tried to get us to change our mind and sell us on another property She reassured us that we made a great decision ( [redacted] ), and moved on to getting the details set While we didn't go through the process of picking a place, we are 100% convinced it would have been just as easy and enjoyable as everything else we worked out through *** After we hashed out details through emails that were always answered within a day by ***, we were ready to begin planning our wedding through the resort Saying that [redacted] was just our travel agent would be a significant understatement She was more than willing to help us with special transportation to and from the airport, airline tickets, communicating with the resort when we would have some difficulties hearing from them, setting up tours and the transportation for them, even helping us through the process of getting our legal documents in order to make the wedding official We are more than grateful for the constant support that [redacted] offered with her services She didn't just plan and then let it be She stuck with us through the entire process, making changes when necessary and ensuring that everything was going according to plan every step of the way We can not stress enough the high level of professionalism and excellence that [redacted] provided us with through Paradise Getaways She made what seemed like a daunting task at the beginning, become the smoothest part of the entire planning process We plan to use her in the future for all of our major travels and will highly recommend her to anyone looking to do the same
