Paradise Heating & Air Conditioning

Dear Mrs [redacted] , Upon your request, we have inspected the air conditioning system located at the above residence During the inspection, we isolated the condensing unit from the line sets and interior coil; we pumped all refrigerant out to condensing unit, valved off, filled remainder of system with nitrogen and pressure tested to 175psi We left the system pressurized for minutes or more and found that the pressure rose to 186psi, leaving us to believe that there is no leak on the line sets or in the interior coil, but somewhere in the condensing unit During our inspection, we also found that the compressor appears to have been recently replaced If a leak is in fact in the condensing unit, we would guess that it is at a compressor connection If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call us at [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted] ***C.RNeff Plumbing, Heating & A/C, LLC

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/09/04) */ I'm sorry that Mr [redacted] was not happy with our servicesWe strive for customer satisfaction and we have over 10,satisfied customersWe did come over and insulate the drain line that was sweating and Mr [redacted] said that had been fixedHe did call a few days later and address another problem but told Mr [redacted] that he would have to call us back to schedule an appointment because he had a very busy work scheduleI listened to the conversation with Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] If Mr [redacted] would have called then we would have happily came back to fix the problemWhen we did not hear from Mr [redacted] then we assumed he had no problemMr [redacted] never address a thermostat issue with usI'm very sorry that Mr [redacted] is not happy but we would have been happy to fix any problems if he would have called.When we bid the job Mr [redacted] stated that he had two other Heating and Air contractos work for him and he wasn't happy with them either.I guesss we should have realized that he was going to be a hard customer to make happy
