This complaint was made on an assumption that her paperwork was not mailedI only asked [redacted] to trust meShe made the assumption that I did not mail the papers.I spoke with [redacted] today and these issues were discussed [redacted] stated to me that she spoke with the state and they told her I have days to send paperworkThe paperwork was in fact sent on Tuesday (before the complaint was filed with you) and was only days after she finished the program [redacted] also commented that the state said they received everyone's paperwork, except hersSince all of the students are on a single page, I assured her that if they received any paper, they received them allAfter further speaking we came to realize that the state was probably talking about other papersAs per our conversation on the telephone on 10/7/2015, I told [redacted] that there was no threat of withholding her certification, that she would indeed receive it, that I just wanted to speak with her about a couple of concerns I have regarding her being a HHA.One of my concerns being that she tended to become angry very quickly and "Fly off the handle" and "jump the gun" with accusations before she has all the information[redacted] received a full refund for the program this afternoon and she will still receive her certificate as wellAfter [redacted] left, she texted my cell and said: "Thanks for talking an thanx for the pointersHope we can overcome thisYou were a great teacher." she also further texted "I'm sorry for what I said that someone overheard" (referring to the statements which she made on the assumption that I did not send in her paperwork).Thank you, [redacted] RNOwner, PING
