Thanks for your efforts Lorie I did not expect S [redacted] to veer from his position – he has proven to me to be a crook – it just took me four years of feeding him money to realize it You have to realize that it apparently took two people working hours each to clean a small 2B condo??????????? Anyway enough said we have moved on and S [redacted] is out two years already on commissions Take care .***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Seriously we had a bedroom condo with flooring rather than carpet Prior to leaving the condo the last day I used the dishwasher to wash all dishes and the bedding was placed on the beds for cleaning The floors were swept and the dishes were put away All towels were washed and other than the bedding, that was it to wash in the way of clothing or incidentalsI reject the number of hours it took to clean the clean condo and told Mike that We always leave the condo in as clean a condition as possible even though we pay the cleaning fee upon departure We were repeat customers of his over about years and always accepted the cleaning services up until this happenedI voiced my displeasure of the billing and told him flat out it was impossible to spend the allotted hours on the small condoHe rejected our version and took the excess money out of our damage deposit paid to him in good faith We have not used Mike since and we continue to return to Hawaii for a month or more each yearWe will be there again on January 24th until March 4th Too bad for Mike - he lost a good customer Sincerely, [redacted]

Thanks again *** -We have always charged by the hour for cleans, as long as Mr *** has been coming to stay -So the amount of cleaning is what determines the charge -This stay had tile floors and there was a lot of sand my cleaner told me, but no carpet to cleanThe charge was for what is written on the work-sheet.We do have units left very clean and very dirty, so charges varyI believe he shared a unit with someone else a couple of the years, I can not find the old statements -I have attached the one from -Let me know if you need anything else-Thank you,Mike S***

I am rejecting this response because:
I have no idea why the information for my association was sent to Carlos however for him to blame his incompetency on me is unprofessional and frankly very sadTo just accuse the customer of dishonesty instead of investigating the true issue behind what happened is ridiculous it should not be excepted for any business anywhere in this America that I protect and defend every day as an officer in the US military Over the past years I have owned and rented over five different properties and never have I had this happen to me before because of the dishonesty of a property manager! Carlos C*** business practices are unethical and unprofessional I pursue this issue because I do not wish for this to happen to another soldier to be bamboozled by a property manager that does not seem to care what happens to someone after they are no longer paying him I am not a novice homeowner nor am I a novice landlord and again I have never encountered such an unprofessional property manager at Carlos Even when renting my home ihe didn't abide by my no pet policy and allowed a couple to sign a lease with a pet that I had no knowledge ofI should have fired him then but let it go And for the record I have kept copies of the lease say no pets also copies of the emails when I talked to the association and I also have copies of Carlos text from when problem arose and what he had to say about it as evidence of his unprofessionalism and his unethical business practices

Unfortunately, the bank statement sent to is does not show a charge and pending charges can take up to two weeks

Helloha [redacted] -  Thank you for mailing the complaints, we received them this time -  On the one about the mail, After reading the complaint I see it was about one of our agents that manages properties in Ewa & Makakilo.
Neither our agent nor I had any...

idea the client was upset, below is his response;
Here is what actually happened.While she was gone she was having problems with her association concerning mail and fees.  She actually called me after talking to the association and ask could I take care of the payment for her and deduct it form the rent.  Yes I agreed and then she called to inform them that I would be doing so.  I did just that made the payment got her receipt and all was well.  It was no probably because like with all our tenants I ask that they have the association to send me any potential violations so we can have them fixed immediately and avoid the owners being fined, she apparently did that also.  Later that year she called to inform in that she had orders back to Hawaii and wanted to move back into her place as soon as possible.  No worries we did what was needed and informed the tenants then made it all happened.  Several months later I received something in the mail form her association concerning her, it was a notice a late payment fees.  I immediately contacted her to let her know what I had received and that I would forward it over to her ASAP.  I assume that as a young officer in the military she ashamed that this happened and begin to ask why are they sending it me and then accused me of changing the address, which was a LIE..  I called the association to ask how did this happen and can they ensure that she gets her mail.  I was told that my address was listed and that ONLY THE OWNER CAN REQUEST OR MAKE CHANGES on the file.   So when I ask how did they get my information and again said that ONLY THE OWNER CAN REQUEST OR MAKE CHANGES on the file. I know this to be true because when I have had owners to ask me in the past to address something from the association they had to first contact the association and inform them of who I was and that they had okayed me to address a certain issue on their behalf.  I again immediately called her to explain what I was just informed and she swear that it was all my doing then hung up and I never heard from her again nor have I ever received any of her mail again. This has been nearly 2 years ago.

Helloha [redacted] -  Thank you for mailing the complaints, we received them this time - Concerning the complaint from [redacted], We spoke to Mr. [redacted] about the charges and sent him the cleaners check-off list, listing what they did and hours to do...

it.(I have attached it to this email along with his statement)He refused to believe what was said and insisted we were trying to rip him off - We do not make money on the cleans and there for do not discount on them either, unless a mistake is made.I double checked with the cleaners to verify the paperwork and they confirmed what was written.  Seriously why would we risk loosing a repeat customer and something like this to deal with for a couple hundred dollars ? We still provide management services and housing to Mr. [redacted]'s friends after going over this with them.  Cleaning is pretty in-depth in-between guests - I have attached our info sheet along with our check off list that the cleaners use.We charge by the hour on the cleans to allow for guests to save a little if they desire to do some wash and such-  I hope this is the information you need to get this taken care of [redacted] - Please let me know if there is anything else we need to do to close this.   Thank you, Mike S[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Again just read Carlos C[redacted]'s reponse accusing the customer of being insane and a LIAR as stated on previous response. Additionally the attachments prove nothing in favor of his response and explains only the website which I am familiar with. He is unprofessional and unethical and should not be permitted to continue his behavior. Additionally since I have initiated this complaint I have heard from other customers current and past that have complained about his behavior and unprofessionalism. I would be happy to provide those names to his supervisor if I am contacted. Again, I never authorized him to have my community association dues or billing materiel mailed to his home address in Eea Beach, HI. I have proof of this as well. I have the attached agreement and all other substantiating documents to prove my case. Carlos advertises himself as an advocate for veterans and active duty Soldiers however he is in this only for himself and to make money. Bottom line is he was untrustworthy from the beginning and on the end when he no longer getting paid he just dropped everything instead of finalizing paperwork with me (as he should have). We could have avoided this entire mess if only he had done his job professionally and properly. That's all I asked for and I didn't get it that's why I reported this. As an active duty Soldier I REFUSE to let this go because other soldiers do not deserve this type of service.
