My apologies for the delayed response to this complaint as my father has terminal cancer and I have been out of the a lot over the last months Although this company pre-reserved at the front end of this project, I must accept 100% responsibility for the issues & have instructed my assistant to issue a full refundI have also instructed my art department to move forward with printing this company on the folders free of charge as I wish to provide an acceptable resolution to the issues surrounding this projectAgain, My apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience & understanding as my family & I go through this very difficult time

On June 4, Mrs [redacted] Reserved a spot on the customized presentation folders that we're producing for [redacted] located in [redacted] **She took advantage of our payment plan & reserved for $and we invoiced her for the balance of $on August 1, On the evening that she reserved we received emails from Mrs [redacted] (on June 4, 2015), after business hours between 5:30pm & 9:30pmOur companies regular business hours are from 8:30am-5pm Monday through Thursday & Fridays from 8:30am-3pm On Friday, June 5, 2015, I(Candace)personally spoke to Mrs [redacted] for approximately 30min'sAfter our conversation, I felt positive that she understood that we work with and produce folders for over 3,different real estate companies all over the U.S., Not just [redacted] in [redacted] and that we work with & produce artwork for over 25,different vendors not just [redacted] During our conversation I explained in great detail that our "Production Time" is approximately 8-10weeks total - The Reservation phase is about a week process, because we feature 14-DIFFERENT Vendors and must qualify the companies first - The artwork phase is a week process, as we make sure EVERY Vendor & Broker has the opportunity to make revisions to their artwork and make a Final Approval - Lastly the Print and Shipping phase is also approximately a week process, as we use a 3rd party print company and they have a print production line that they must follow After my min conversation with Mrs***, our Art Department moved forward with creating her artworkAs with ALL Vendors, Mrs [redacted] was permitted to make changes & revisions in the following days - We make sure Everyone is 100% happy with their artwork before we print anything on the folders - Mrs [redacted] made her Approval on June 8, On July 2, Mrs [redacted] Called our office and was aggressively wanting to know where her copies of the folders were - Even after our 30minconversation & explaining in Detail that we have a 8-week process & it's clearly been less that weeks...She began Calling our company a Scam & making threats of a Revdex.com Complaint At that point We let her know our concerns of how she was treating us & that we wouldn't want our Real Estate Company OR Any of their Clients to be treated in this mannerThe President, Vice President & CEO had a meeting on July 8, & made the decision to promptly Remove [redacted] from the project We began the refund process On July 9, and Mrs [redacted] has been refunded $after deducting the artwork fee, as stated in her contractPlease see attached copy of refund We're greatly disappointed in the dissolution of our relationship with Mrs.***, as well as her actions of this ComplaintWe gave Mrs [redacted] an opportunity to Cancel her reserved spot on June 5, - Which she DeclinedWe provided her with quality customer service, answered all of her questions, and provided her with Artwork she can now utilize for her businessWe wish her the best of Luck with her small business & hopefully, through more experience, she'll acquire the knowledge, customer service & courtesy skills necessary to run a successful business

It's Still Obvious that Mrs*** does not understand what "Production Time" means, as it takes us 8-weeks from the time of reservations to reserve All of the spots, get all of the vendors artwork complete, print the folders & then ship them to the office - As explained in our 30min Conversation on June 5thALL Of our calls are recorded here at RightWay, at NO time did I EVER say I would email her a copy of the Folders (Not Binders) for *** *** , nor were there any cross words or aggressive behavior by the ownerWhen Mrs*** called demanding a copy of the Folders it had been ONLY weeks since she reserved & Approved her artwork - The reason he did not send her the final product is because it's still in production as of today & will not be printed for another weeksWe can not provide something that we don't haveShe states that she has received her refund and she also admits to being aggressive & rude with not only our representatives, but the owner of our companyI believe we have resolved this issue to the best of our ability - We're extremely busy with taking orders for Folders and Reserving spots for Vendors, I can't continue to take time away from assisting our professional vendors to reply to A Business Owner who want's to continue arguing about something that is resolved

After talking with other contractors, who didn't understand what I wanted, I talked to Ron Clark at Paradise Landscaping He was highly recommended by a friend he had done work for When I first talked to him, he assured me he knew what I wanted We had two retaining wall put in and a patio I've never seen a crew work so hard When they were finished everything was cleaned up The crew was friendly and knew what they were doing I would Recommend Ron and his crew to all my friends

First I'd like to address the allegations of our company being a scamI assure you that The Revdex.com does not allow someone to be a member if they were a fraud, scam or fake companySecondly, yes, the rep that signed this vendor up to be featured on the presentation folders for *** ***
*** is no longer with our companyAs with any business, representatives and employee's move on, quit, resign or are terminated - At no time have we received any messages or emails from this vendor that went unaddressedWe most definitely have a contract with *** *** *** - Our contact person is *** *** & her number is ***Having said all of this, this vendor opened a credit card dispute and has received his refund, we've already removed & replaced him with another Inspection company To open a Revdex.com complaint with slanderous accusations was uncalled for & unwarranted - He could've driven miles to our office to discuss issues in a professional manner

reserved we received 4 emails from Mrs. [redacted] (on June 4, 2015), after business hours between 5:30pm & 9:30pm. Our companies regular business hours are from 8:30am-5pm Monday through Thursday & Fridays from 8:30am-3pm.

At that point We let her know our concerns of how she was treating us & that we wouldn't want our Real Estate Company OR Any of their Clients to be treated in this manner. The President, Vice President & CEO had a meeting on July 8, 2015 & made the decision to promptly Remove [redacted] from the project.
We began the refund process On July 9, 2015 and Mrs. [redacted] has been refunded $149.50 after deducting the artwork fee, as stated in her contract. Please see attached copy of refund.
We're greatly disappointed in the dissolution of our relationship with Mrs.[redacted], as well as her actions of this Complaint. We gave Mrs. [redacted] an opportunity to Cancel her reserved spot on June 5, 2015 - Which she Declined. We provided her with quality customer service, answered all of her questions, and provided her with Artwork she can now utilize for her business. We wish her the best of Luck with her small business & hopefully, through more experience, she'll acquire the knowledge, customer service & courtesy skills necessary to run a successful business.

This letter is to inform you that RightWay Networking, LLC has Not carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 10/19/2015 7:27:39 PM and assigned ID [redacted].
Regards, I received a call an hour ago from the same lady that lied and said this would be resolved by Thursday of last week and she would send an email to confirm this statement which she never sent that either. So after letting her know this is your last chance to make it right its been almost 5 months. That's  plenty of  time in my opinion and my email was not replied to or addressed ask her to show you I will gladly forward my emails with no reply. Only after learning of the Revdex.coms involvement still no solution shes upset that I took action as I said I would if she lied again. And she had the nerve to ask If I want to be on the list still and   I said no I would never do business with a liar again you have had enough time to make it right and lied again. According to the last  email Ive been replaced already so why would you ask  if I still wanted a spot on a list that dosent exit haha . Wow what a business offered no resolution just why did I do that . Well my peak season has come and gone waiting on your 4 to 6 week time frame from early June. I did what you asked of me took 2 days to have all the info needed for my business . And delivered 1 email and broken promises time and time again.  Very unprofessional lesson learned.
