There is no sign visible by the atm? It need to be stated on the atm machine itself. The clerk did not advise me of this charge. Rising cost from the bank?? If I would of bought a soda for a $1 there would of been no charge?? Let's review sales history on the register tape. This is a common practice and what visa or bank charges you as a business owner should of not be handed down to your customers. I will not be back. I want a refund.
