For Christmas my parents gave my children a piano, and they gave me the gift of paying for the piano movers to deliver the pianoThey chose Joey’s Movers, and it is a decision that I would not recommend to anybodyThe day Joey’s movers came to move the piano, they dropped it causing one of the movers to break his leg, some of the wood on the piano to break off, and an undetermined amount of damage to the patio the piano fell onMy parents and the rest of the movers were understandably more concerned with the man who broke his leg than the piano, so they tended to him and left the piano without moving it for the dayAfter that day my Dad tried to contact Joey’s movers multiple times, and every time he failed at getting Joey’s to send people out to finish the move or to discuss how to get reimbursed for the damage they causedAfter months of this he gave up and paid a different moving company to move the pianoWhen the piano got to my house my husband and I learned that Joey's movers had caused $7,damage to the pianoSo my husband began calling Joey’s movers, It took weeks to get a response, when we finally did- Joey's claimed that it was our fault they dropped the pianoAt one point, Joey’s movers claimed that they were owed money for them coming out there, even though all they did was drop an antique piano and left it outside in a garage for the winter! My husband ended up having to hire a lawyer to deal with the situationAfter the lawyer got involved we got money from Joey’s, but it ended up being a wash and we couldn’t afford to get the piano fixedCombined with the amount of hours we spent dealing with all of this, the situation was a total lossI would not recommend Joey’s movers to anyone

Joey's just moved college daughter. The guys did a great job. Very professional and courteous. Would never consider calling anyone else for next move!
