I want to share with you what an outstanding job Paradise Pools by Design did with the design, construction and opening of our new pool We recently built a new home and we found what would become our dream pool in a home magazine We had called several pool companies and were unhappy with their attitude when answering our questions and their lack of comprehending the pool design we were looking for We were given the recommendation of Paradise Pools by Design from one of the local customer home builders We met with Wes Holland and after just the first meeting we knew that we were going with Paradise Pools by Design We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of pool design, construction, and maintenance Wes was able to take that picture from the magazine and create a wonderful pool that fit both our home and our budget He used a pool design application that was able to produce an image of what the finished pool would look like This provided my wife and I the peace of mind that the final design would be exactly what we wanted I've heard of nightmare stories from friends about the actual construction process of their pools This is absolutely where Paradise Pools by Design excels and differentiate itself from other pool buildersRyan H [redacted] was the project manager for our pool construction The construction and the quality of the installation is the most important part of this entire process Ryan has some of the best tradesman in the business and he ensured that pool was constructed properly and on schedule When we called Ryan for some minor warranty issues months after the completion of the pool he was as responsive as the day he started the pool Paradise Pools by Design provided my family a custom pool for the same price that our neighbors paid for the typical cookie cutter style pools We would hightly recommend Paradise Pools by Design to anyone that is interested in building a pool [redacted] Lake Mary Florida

Zero Starsit took over months to complete our pool installationIt took less time to build the whole houseThe pool was dug to the wrong depth, so as a concession Paradise offered to make the screen enclosure about a foot largerThe larger screen enclosure required the pouring of a new footer / foundationFor some reason these guys neglected to get the footer inspectedI had to threaten to call the Seminole County inspector myself before they would actually get the inspection completed They provided little or no supervision of the sub contractorsThis resulted in one of the subs walking of with my hoseAnother sub hit the neighbors fence while delivering pallets of paversAnother sub spilled something blue (the pebbletech finish) on the pavers inside and outside of the screen house., which supposedly has been cleaned up, but is still clearly visibleThere are large oils stains in front of my house where the subs trucks leaked oil or hydrolic fluidCleanup of the yard has been practically non existentSubs spilled concrete and gravel on the front lawn, far away from the actual pool, leaving it for me to clean upI can't recall a single instance when Paradise said that a specific task would happen on a certain date, and what they said actually happened on that date..Our screen enclosure included an Elite roofThey waited until the last minute to order the roof, then found out it was a custom order which would take an additional two weeks to fabricateI would not recommend these guys to install something as simple as a birdbath

They were able to figure out from the very beginning EXACTLY what I wanted, take it from my dreams to first a visual representation then to the real thing with absolutely no problems AT ALL! Paradise Pools was a great company to do business with. They bring a consultative approach to designing the pools based on the style of house that you have as well as you're individual taste. On top of helping design and build a great pool, they're very professionalism is second to none in their space. Very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. All usual pain, patience and frustration one must endure when hiring any contractor to do any type of project - these guys were the exact opposite; what a pleasant surprise..
Starting from their fair pricing, no budget surprises, work started on time, their attention to details and perfectionism, calling to check if everything is ok after getting paid in full and more. It was a real pleasure, I would not hire anyone else for a custom high-end pool. I just wish they had more services that I could hire them for instead of all the rest of the contractors out there !

Paradise Pools by Design did a terrific job with our swimming pool project. Wes and Ryan H[redacted] were great to work with and very responsive the entire time. The job site was kept clean and the final product turned out perfect. A+ experience!
