Rude and completely relentless! Never in a million years would I EVER recommend this place to anyone. The had called on 10/6/15 asking for my grandpa who had resently (very resently) passed away. When I told them that he had passed, they made the statement "Oh [redacted], did he leave his checkbook?" and hung up. I tried calling the number several times today, but it seems that they are cowards who hide behind telephones. No one answers. I think this place is totally ludicrous! Who does something so inconsiderate knowing that we just told them he had passed. This place is the lowest of lows. I cannot even beleive the audacity of the person on the phone. I will continue to call this place until I can speak to a supervisior! Weeks months years I dont give up and they will know just how rude I know that they are.

We had bought some product from them, which was fine and all, but now they won't stop calling even after I've asked them at least 15 times to not call us anymore! At first, I took their number and told them that we would contact them if we were interested in purchasing more product from them. But they did not listen and just kept calling and calling! We most definitely will NOT buy from them ever again! They will just keep harassing you! O, and they will call from different numbers and then after that, they will call from a private line.

I bought one promotional product from this company. Since then I have received continuous calls from them trying to sell me items that I don't need and frankly at their prices can't afford. When I refuse to purchase anything the salesman becomes rude and hangs up on me. I have requested that they take my business off their call list. This business has extremely bad customer service, and from the looks of all the other reviews of this place, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

These people call our office several times a week. We tell them we are not interested in their products and to stop calling us. They do not listen. I am tired of talking with these people. They are very rude. Someone needs to put them out of business.

They have called my Business many times trying to sell me promotional items and after having told them no repeatedly they keep pushing to get my information and send the product. The calls usually end with them cussing at me and saying I am a waste of there time after I had already said multiple times I wasn't interested. Will never do business with them and feel sorry for anyone that falls for there scam.

Sorry for any problems any of our salesman may have caused you. Sometimes it's hard to regulate everyone but we sure try our best. I will remove you from his and our customer base so you will no longer be contacted by us. Should you have any further issues please call us so we know at...

The most condescending, rude, and negative representatives work at/for this company. We will never do business with them and I advise others not to as well. Very ugly behavior.

We ordered from this company one time and the pens we received were cheap and most of them didn't work. Their salesman calls and harasses us on a weekly basis. He will refuse to give his name or call back number. He is extremely rude and hangs up on us when we tell him not to call back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE. THEIR SALESPEOPLE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

A man claiming to be the owner of this company called our office today, a busy medical practice. When I indicated the MD was busy, and asked if I could help, he said not if I wasn't going to buy anything. He then said, "I do have a joke for you before you hang up" and proceeded to ask me if I get offended easily. I said most likely, if he has to preface a joke with that question.
He then proceeded to tell me an unsolicited, and very vulgar joke that involved graphic sex dialog. I have never had a man use that type of vulgar a language in my company before. Especially, an utter stranger calling a busy business owners re: sales.
When I tried to call the business office to report this person, the number he called in on was a one way phone, so you can't call the number back. I looked up the business online, and the number they have listed in the phone book, just rings and rings.
The nature of the language of this call makes this a call of sexual harassment, and indecency, and I will follow-up with community leaders in this state to ensure this man stops this method of cold calling.
Had I been anyone else, this call could have traumatized someone. Again, the language was extremely foul and vulgar.

I have asked members of your staff to remove our phone number from your registry, and they simply hang up and call again the next day.

These guys I bought some pens from them like 2 years ago and they keep calling me at my business and I keep telling them to take me off there call list and they just keep calling I don't have time to be bothered all the time.

It is extremely surprising that this company is still in business. Upon almost a year of unpleasant and unwanted phone calls after kindly requesting that my new business be removed from their call list, I decided to check out their online reputation. Looks like I am not alone in that they are extremely rude and pushy salesman. I wish I knew how they got a hold of my information. Strongly recommend to stay away from this company.

Repeated calls from sales people to my business that are rude, and full of profanity when you try to tell them you are not interested...efforts to reach the company have failed and know there is a similar name company out there who gets the bulk of these complaints, and they are not connected...

Very rude people on the phone asking for the owner. They immediately hang up when asked who it is or how we may be of assistance.

Cold call Co. High pressure sales people are extremley rude upon being turned down. Calling me names and hanging up on me. I will no longer answer the phone when I see their number come in. Too bad they aren't in Knoxville Tn. where I can drive down to the business.

I ordered from this company 1time. Since then, they have call me constantly, are rude, nasty, and hang up on me while I'm kindly asking them to stop calling me. They will call me and when I say that I am who their asking for, they hang up! And this time when I called to inform them that I was gonna call a lawyer and take legal action, he informed me it would do no good for me to do such, as I did business with them already, therefore legal action was null and void! Really? I suggest you stay away from this company!
