I had my pool built in the West Palm Beach area by Paradise approximately years agoIn the first months of operation there were green stains forming on the bottom and sides of the poolI've treated it with chemicals, chlorine, algaecide and all other methods I can think ofI've had several different pool companies look at the issue and they all say the same thing - an inferior diamond brite was usedTherefore, after ONLY years I have to get my pool re-surfacedYes, I complained to Paradise when it first happened - do you think they actually sent someone to see it? NahNor did *** return calls I had made to themThe only way I got him on the phone was he happened to pick upMy experience with them is definitely a negative

We are so excited with our new pool Paradise Swimming Pools did everything they promised Our building department did take a very long time for us to get our permit but we knew that going in because a year earlier it took us a long time to get a permit for a different project for our home Paradise was great in following up with our city about our permit and they were on top of it the whole time We would definitely recommend this company!

My wife, Nadia and I began pool shopping in late October of 2015 and started getting quotes from various pool companies. I met a few pool salesman who would come over and didn't want to talk price or tried to sell a pool entirely to big for my backyard, shapes that didn't make sense along upgrades to maximize profits and began to get frustrated. I continued to look around and found Paradise Pools and Spas and was contacted immediately by Steven [redacted]

Steven [redacted] was my pool designer, and let me tell you, HE KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! He was extremely competitive in pricing and spent an enormous amount of time with me. Steven was incredible designing me my pool with his advanced computer programs and was extremely transparent, giving me all of the information I needed to make an informed and educated decision. Through every step of the pool building process, he was ALWAYS there and ALWAYS followed through on his promises. Lori, the building scheduler, was also exceptional in the office and was extremely responsive and always made sure I knew the next steps in the process. I cannot thank Paradise Pools and Spas enough for creating a backyard that is truly mind-blowing in every sense of the word. I have already referred several people to Steven and his team and will continue to do so. I couldn't be happier!

I have even had random neighbors stop by and they couldn't believe it themselves. The pool building process can take time, and let there be no mistake, a big project to tackle. The quality of the workmanship and the timeliness of the construction was great, even with all the rain we have experienced this summer. I would definitely recommend this company. Paradise Swimming Pools just finished my pool in Lake Worth. I am very, very happy with my swimming pool. This company built the exact pool I was looking for. They were very pleasant to deal with and I recommend using this company. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and the staff was very nice to work with.

The worst company ever, they are a bunch of thieves, they don't care about the customer at all after they collect the first payment and have a contract, they started my pool in february and still a hole with green water in my back yard, they are incompetent and try to blame their mistakes on me, like making the hole in the wrong place, taking too much dirt out of my property and don't have enough to put back around the pool and tried to charge me !!, etc.
Stay away from this company, [redacted] is the sales man, very nice at the beginning but after I got hooked with their contract and they got my money, he and everybody else changed and don't even answer the phone or hang up the phone, they don't even come to do any work for like 2 - 3 weeks and don't care about all the inconveniences and mess in my house bc they don't live here. Your are welcome to come to my house in Ft Lauderdale to see their [redacted] work any time.
