12-27-16Dear [redacted],I am writing in response to a complaint filed by [redacted]. ID [redacted]. The vehicle was purchased on Oct 15, 2016. Customer returned on Oct 20 with a brake pulsation and noise. We inspected the brakes and determined the noise and vibration was coming from rust...

spots on the front rotors. These rust spots develop when a vehicle is stationary for period of time especially if condition are damp. We machined the front rotors and road tested the vehicle. The noise and vibration were gone. On Oct 24 [redacted] returned stating the brakes are still vibrating. I road tested the vehicle with the customer and did not duplicate any problems. The next time I heard from [redacted] was on Nov 19. She stated the rear brakes were making noise and she would not be able to drive the vehicle to our dealership. She said there was a shop down the road that can look at the vehicle. A week or so later heard back from [redacted] at [redacted] repair. They stated the car needed a left rear brake caliper and that they would also like to replace the brake hose too. I asked about the brake pads and they said they are good. I told him right away to repair the vehicle and send me the bill. I heard back from [redacted] on Dec 22. He said the vehicle is done and the bill came to $283.17. I told him no problem, send me the bill.Regarding the remote control and extra key. **. and [redacted] were informed by their salesman before they purchased the vehicle that we only had the one key. The price of the vehicle was negotiated and purchased knowing there was only one key. [redacted] spoke to our sales manager after the sale when the vehicles brake repairs were being performed. At that point he agreed to get one and have it sent to her. We are sorry to hear that the remote was broken on arrival. I spoke to [redacted] on Dec 23 and advised him to get a factory replacement and I will reimburse him.At this point I feel we have addressed all concerns with their vehicle. I am sorry it did not go as smooth as they would have liked. If there are any other concerns please contact me.Sincerely,Vince BService Manager
