Review: I represent myself & a group of 5 families in regards to the 4 Days Canada, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Niagara Falls Tour from Aug [redacted], 2014. The last portions at Montreals hotel accommodation, our group of 5 separate families were separated to another hotel ([redacted]) from the other group at [redacted]. This decision was based of Eworld Tour company which was an unprofessional, inappropriate and unethical to our group (or any group that would have been chosen). We are fully aware that your company must have booked these hotels ahead of schedule(s) and not a predicament, yet the company chose to decide to separate the tour groups into 2 separate hotels. It is not ours as a group of an individuals problem whether the hotel had no accommodations for the tour group but it is the company to ensure the proper accommodations available to the tour group when the tour arrives for the hotel accommodations. Our group of 5 (including all families in the group) was very disappointed and felt this was the utmost unfair situation that any company could decide. Not only has the company decide on this hotel but it was lower in quality, a lower star, shoddy hotel rooms, 3 groups including myself & family was assigned to a smoking room, even though the hotel clearly stated that it is a non-smoking hotel! We had to cope with the smoking room for the remaining of the evening because there were no more economy rooms available, and is sold out for the night. The front desk did not disclose if there were any higher grade rooms available. Which in my opinion, the company would not have paid us for the higher grade rooms anyway. Again, our tour guide ([redacted]) said he could not and did not have authority to make the decision to upgrade any rooms even if they had availability, and that he was unable to make a call to the office at this late night as the companys office at EWorld Tour is closed.Desired Settlement: Out group of 5 want some compensation for the last accommodation of the tour with the low grade hotel we received and stayed opposed to the other group that had stayed at the higher grade hotel.

We are sorry about the inconvenience for the customers. In the peak season, we may use 2 hotels for 1 tour group, it’s depends on the hotel availability. We will book the hotel before the tour departure, but we don’t know the exactly number of the room until the tour departure, because the tour product is still selling until the departure date. For the two hotel in Montreal, they are similar hotels, for the [redacted] is $110 per night, for the [redacted] is $143 per night. We are glad to give back the difference which is $33 to the customers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I had previously submit complaint #[redacted] regarding this business. EWorld Tours written that they would compensate USD $33 to the individual affected. The initial complaint was on September **, 2014 and Revdex.com/ myself resolved issues on Oct. [redacted] 2014. We didn't hear back from EWorld Tours to how we can receive our compensation. Eworld Tours will need to send our compensation by cheque to our mailing address by contacting each recipient's email address in the complaint letter on complaint #[redacted] to where compensation should be mailed out to.

Review: There were several issues with the service during our trip of Washington DC and Philly, which was extremely horrendous experience.

Breach of simple civil liberty,…… extortion

The bus for the tour was ridiculous unsafe in a rickety was and unhealthy bus with no AC and unsafe. Even through the bus had a restroom we were prevented from using it. Especially, with a 4 year old kid we were treated really in an inhumane manner with the bus driven for as long as 3-4 hrs without any restroom break.

In terms of food for lunch we were forced to eat at a Chinese buffet even though several of us in the bus were vegetarian. On top of that we were forced to pay $15/person to get out of the bus for lunch even though the real price at the restaurant was <$10. This is nothing short of extortion!!!!

In terms of taking us to different sightseeing points, they skipped 2-3 of them which they had written in their agreement.

They lied about there being a complementary continental breakfast. Instead we were only give cereal and milk without any fruits or any other thing for breakfast.

They really treated the kids awfully.

Final ridiculousness was at the end of the trip they forced us to give them $16/- per person as tip in order to disembark from the bus. This also included $16/- tip for the kids tickets. Again this amounts to severe violation of the civil liberties and extorting money.

The name of the person conducting this tour was [redacted].Desired Settlement: Because of such horrendous experience we have cancelled another trip that we had booked with them and we wish to get our money back as for this trip and inform Revdex.com about them so others booking with them may be forewarned.

Review: The travel company left 53 people stranded on an interstate for hours without food and in the sun due to arguments between the driver and the tour bus guide. It was completely unsafe and the attempt at rectifying the situation was to pay an entrance fee at a site visited. The tour bus did not even have a first aid kit on the bus. The driving conditions during the trip were very dangerous due to texting and arguing while driving on the freeway between the guide and the driver. The tour guide and bus driver both used the microphone and PA system to argue over while driving us all down the highway. In my opinion the company feels that because most of the tour group were visiting from foreign countries they won't have to take any responsibility for their poor behavior and business practices.Desired Settlement: The guests / travelers on this tour deserve a refund. Even more importantly this company needs find and to learn that they cannot do business in the United States in this dangerous manner.

Review: I booked a tour through your agency because I thought it looked good.8-Day East Coast: US & Canada w/Airport Transfers [[redacted]]1. The tour guide or the company is ripping people off. We paid for several things we did not get to see for example we were suppose to see a castle in Quebec that we paid $25 per person for we did not see. We paid for ended up going on a 1 hour walk through the town which is crazy to pay $25 for. I request a refund for this tour for 2 adults and one child $652. They listed all nights being at a hotel. All were except Niagara Falls.This place I would not even house my worst enemy in. It was not a Hotel and not even considered a Motel. It was the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life. In the military we called these place flea bag motels for one night stands. I request a refund for this night of $1003. The tour guide did not specify nor do you offer a complete explanationof each extra cost we also had to pay $7 per day for tour guide tip per person and then they asked for more at the end. Requested refund for $228.4. On the last day we had what I call a Buss shuffle. Several tour bussesstopped at this rest stop and the company moved people around to differentI suspect to make it easier for them to drop people off at their points.This was at their convenience not the customer. Very bad customer service we waited around at least 30-40 minutes of my time. This is very terrible.Worst customer service I have ever seen and unsafe.5. I had to pay extra $30 to be picked up a day early when if I arrived on the day of tour it was free. Several group members did not have to pay this that also game in early. Also other they go picked up the next day and taken downtown we had to fend for ourselves and had to pay taxi fares of $120 Requested a refund for $150Desired Settlement: Get my refund amounts of $65, $100, $150, $228 listed above and get the company to clean up their act. Spell out what everything the amount paid covers. Tips should be optional to consumer not a fee requirement.

They suggested giving me 500 points to be used later its not a fix to the problem. They did not agree with my issues nor acept it that there was a problem. I told them I wanted the reimbursement not the points.

Review: We(I and my daughter) bought a 5-days deluxe tour package from the company. When we attended the bus tour on 8/**, we found out we were placed in budget tour bus. There are 7 persons at the same situation in the bus. The price difference between the budget tour and the deluxe tour is 78 dollars. I asked for the money(78*2=156) refund after I came back. But the company only promised to refund 50 dollars only. The company representative's attitude is very bad, so is the [redacted] whose name is maple. I believed the same situation happened many times before.Desired Settlement: 156 dollars refund

Review: Six members in my family bought a 6 days Deluxe Tours from Paradise Vacations, however the company put us in the Budget Tours hotel when we arrived on July [redacted], 2013. They didn't provide us any explanation why they put us in the budget hotel instead of deluxe hotel they sold us. We even tried to confirm with them if the Ramada hotel is for Deluxe Tours or Budget Tours, but they incorrectly told us it's for Deluxe tours. Finally we found out ourselves the next day from other tour guests that we have been cheated for a night. We bought the Deluxe Tours mainly for better rest during the trip, especially my parents are over 70 years old and we have two 6-10 years old kids. The budget hotel rooms old window air-conditioning and noise environment made us sleepless whole night which directly impacted our following days tour. We paid $2040 for the Deluxe Tours while the Budget Tours would be only $1592.Desired Settlement: Although they put us back to the Deluxe Tours for the later days, we want Paradise Vacations to refund us the whole difference between Deluxe Tours and Budget tours of $448.
