I am rejecting this response as it does not resolve my current issue with the business.  If a defamation suit is to be filed, I'll be expecting the paperwork.  However, defamation requires that untrue statements are made regarding a business.  At no time in this process have I said anything that meets this standard.  Additionally, I have never asserted  anything that can be construed as a threat or said with malicious intent.  My complaints and reviews are truthful and honest and I look forward to resolving this matter; either in court or out.
