I called Paradise Valley Cooling to come and service my air conditioner I had noticed a small wet spot in the ceiling of a room in my house While the technician was at my house he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and adjust my drain line to stop the leak It was nice to deal with such a professional service person My a/c is working perfectly and the leak is no longer an issue

My AC went out on a Thursday. We called our Home insurance and were referred to Paradise Valley Cooling. They state all over their website that they will complete a call within 24 hours. We couldn't get a tech to come out until Saturday morning. The tech came out "fixed" what was wrong which was a loose wire. Wednesday comes around and again my AC is not working. We went up into the attic and found that the same wire the tech "replaced" had not been replaced and it came loose again. We called them back and had to wait on hold for 55 minutes to be told that no one can come out, at all. We are embarking on summer here and it is HOT! We have a 5 years old and pets at home. I don't understand how people can half [redacted] their job knowing that it WILL affect people! Stay far away from this company.
I have used a few different cooling companies in the valley either because they were cheaper or they were recommended to me. My neighbor recently recommended Paradise Valley Cooling to because he thought they did a good job for him and not trying to scam him out of money. When my heat went out one evening and my unit shut off I asked my neighbor for their info. They came out the very next morning, quickly found I had a burnt connection, gave me a straight and reasonable price to fix it, fixed it fast and my heat was back on! I am so grateful for the fast and honest service. I will be calling them exclusively in the future for any heating or cooling stuf!
