Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company lied to my tenants, and to me They stated to have gone out on a day, and they lied They told me they would send someone out asap that week we spoke via email, they liedThey told my tenants they told ME they would be there THURSDAYThe lied That's okay, I'm happy to go through with a lawsuit on what I've lost, as I've already spoken to a lawyer who is happy to helpNot to mention there is no mention of them REFUNDING me, I just told them NOT TO BILL ME for work NOT DONE!Additionally, this company IS NOT Revdex.com ACCREDITED as they have claimed to be on their website and facebook Regards, [redacted]

As you can see We tried to make this customer happy but was unreasonable. I also said I would refund her for missed service and she said she did not want it. We can refund her for the two weeks of missed service she claims we missed. A total of $75.00 Thanks you.

This was already refunded to a discover card ending in 4527 on July 5th. See attached receipt. Thank you
