Paragon Apartments

I was a resident at the Paragon Apartments for six months. I ended my six month lease at the end of its term in November as I decided to join the military. My issue stems with my deposit. I did a double deposit ($300) which I found out as I was signing my lease that I didn’t even need to do because I had met the criteria but was told they can hold it in my account and refund it all when I move out. While at the Paragon’s they switched the website we used to pay our rent on. My first go around with it the website attempted to double charge me a whole months rent. It “returned” one and made me pay a fee. The rent was paid for this month. Upon moving out when I was signing my exit forms she told me that I still owed a months rent and I explained to the apartment manager that it took out two months rent and returned one so I still paid for that month and I had my bank statement to prove it. She told me she would figure it out it’s a new system and she didn’t know how to work it. That’s fine. So then I turn in my keys early, leaving the space spotless and about three weeks after I get my financial move out statement. Not only did it have some cleaning charges for things that were spotless, it said I owed that months rent still, also that I owed rent for one day in December (I moved out the Sunday before thanksgiving), and a utility charge (I pay my utilities through pso and I had them turned off when I left). So then I sent an email right away asking what this was all about and explaining it because I have documentation for everything and took pictures of everything I cleaned in the apartment. After a few more calls and emails she replied and said she would fix it and send my deposit out in the mail. A few more weeks go by I email again, she says she’s still trying to fix it on their system and would get it out. It’s now February (3 months since I’ve moved out) and I have yet to receive any part of my deposit back which sucks because I genuinely had a good stay there until I moved out.
