Review: Paragon Exteriors, LLC installed a new roof on my home January 28, 2015, (completed), paid in full (check #[redacted], amount $10,250). Tuesday morning (08/25/2015 while washing walls, I noticed a two foot water stain on the ceiling and numerous round spots further from where the ceiling meets the side wall. Both the side and ceiling are very moist. I immediately called Paragon Exteriors, LLC, with the only number I have (###-###-####), proprietor [redacted]. I logged three calls on the 25th, two calls on the 26th and left succinct messages to Mr. [redacted]. I explained to him the situation, and my other concern that the insulation must be wet and could possible be a serious health concern. To this date, I have not received any contact from Paragon Exteriors. I have logged all further telephone calls which immediately go into Voice Mail.Desired Settlement: The problems must be diagnosed and corrected with the roof and other damages to the ceiling, walls, insulation with the end result meting Wisconsin home code and home inspection.

This is in response to [redacted] complaint dated late August of 2015.

My wife and I selected Paragon Exteriors to replace the roof on our duplex. [redacted] proposal presentation was impressive, and their work was as well. On more than one occasion Paragon Exteriors went the extra mile on problems that surfaced, at no extra cost. I would recommend them to anyone.
