Paragon Heating & Cooling

Paragon was assigned to our repair request through our home warranty company, [redacted], when our A/C was broken. They followed up within a day to schedule the appointment, and did show up on time. They needed to order a part (compressor), which required authorization from the home warranty company.
It took 1 full week for them to file the request, and when they did, they requested the wrong part. It took 3 days for the home warranty company to get the correct part number from Paragon, after which time, the part was finally ordered.
Since then, neither the home warranty company nor myself has been able to contact Paragon for a status update. Their phone number always goes to the answering machine, and they have not returned any of my messages. They have an email listed for contact as well, which also does not get any response.
