Per the clients written request we cancelled her membership a processed a full refund onn 01/08/in the amount of $Jan 8, 6:19:PM*** APPROVED: $credited

Hello and thank you for letting us know about this issue I think we first need to clarify something As Mr*** *** *** pointed out, he rented an RV from a great company called Ride The West in Colorado Ride The West is our client and we provide roadside assistance for
their vehicles Mr*** *** *** is a customer of Ride The West, not Paragon Motor Club Thus I am not sure how this is a complaint against Paragon Apparently, Mr*** *** *** rented an RV from Ride The West and experienced a breakdown It appears that a service provider was not in the area so he was given the option to wait until a provider was secured or he could obtain his own and he would be reimbursed up to the benefit limit He chose the latter Mr *** *** *** sent his receipt on 7/and a reimbursement request was processed and mailed to our client, Ride The West in the amount of $ Per our system notes, our representative told Mr*** *** *** that the check would be mailed directly to him but our accounting department followed company procedure and mailed the check to our customer, Ride The West Yesterday we received an email from Mr*** *** *** inquiring into the reimbursement We promptly called and communicated to him that the $check was mailed to and cashed by our client, Ride The West As a courtesy to Mr*** *** ***, we called Ride The West to let them know that they still owed their customer, Mr*** *** ***, the $reimbursement that was paid by us. As always we appreciate your involvement as please feel free to reach out if Mr*** *** *** is in need of anything else. Take Care, Paragon Motor Club

Thank you for letting us know about the ***'s complaint We actually spoke with them and offered a full refund of their membership fees The refund was processed on January 22, We apologize for the convenience and thank you one again for assisting us in satisfying the
***'s

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:In response to the message posted on the Best Business Bureau by the Paragon Motor Club RepresentativesI declare that:     -  In the emails and phone calls exchanged I was never informed that the refund would be sent to their client, Ride the West, the one that the Paragon Motor Club defined as a “great company" that ended up cashing the check without wondering how it is possible to receive $102  in the mail for no apparent reason. This does not speak about their “greatness.” This refund was cashed by Ride the West on 08/08/16, and it was not until 08/10/2016 that I was aware of this fact. This can be corroborated in the emails exchanged.      -  The only solution I am provided to date, as inferred from the Paragon Motor Club’s last message, is to wait and trust in that Ride the West, the ones that received and cashed the check (a check which had no instructions about who it was intended for) Now Paragon apparently is expecting Ride the West to return the money they have wrongfully cashed.  Based on how difficult it is to get an answer from Ride the West and the lack of interest that they have shown about this matter to date, I consider that Paragon Motor Club’s proposition is not a real solution to solve this dispute.      -  I also filed a complaint regarding Ride the West to  the Revdex.com based on the above situation that they are responsible for and what I considered bad practice explained above.Considering all the declarations above now I would like the Paragon Motor Club and the Revdex.com, if it applies, to clarify the following:1.  If, and despite the fact of being considered or not a client, I had the right to receive the Paragon Motor Club Services on 06/26/16, in whichever modality they were offered.2.  If having the right to use their services, I have the right to complain and express an opinion about the services provided.3.  If dissatisfied with the line of events happened I have the right to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.4.  The fact that I chose the option of paying upfront (instead of waiting hours in the middle of a vacation for another service) hoping I would be promptly refunded by The Paragon Club.  Don´t I have the right to get a refund directly to my mailing address for the money I paid upfront with some guarantees offered by the Paragon Motor Club.5.  If in their philosophy of making business the Paragon Motor Club still considers something extra, the most they can do, or as it was defined “good gesture”, to solve the dispute just communicating with Ride the West to remind them to pay what does not belong to them or expressed in other words if waiting for Ride the West is considered the only solution they will provide.I have formulated these questions in a format that can be answered with a simple yes or no and after that then the answer can be explained. For the sake of everyone’s time and with the spirit to find a simple solution I’d like them to be answer in that format. I think every side had already a chance to put all the information to knowledge. In all the communications I had with the Paragon Motor Club I expressed them my will to get rid of the complaint I filed, IF they provide a real and reasonable action plan and once I receive the refund.  But based on the content of their last message, I feel like the conversations are going in another direction. In order to redirect the conversation to what I consider a reasonable line of action towards a solution that benefits all the parties involved, I ask for reply for the question above in the format of yes and no, and depending on the ideas and policies expressed I would consider to leave the report recorded based on this horrible experience I am going through because of Paragon’s Motor Club refund policy shown till date.In order to find a solution and as a good gesture to find amicable outcome of this dispute I would propose as a valid solution to wait till 08/25/16 for the Ride the West to refund the money (2 weeks after they were notified based on the information on the emails) and after that period if no response, to issue another check for 102 dollars from the Paragon Motor Club to my mailing address and charge the company Ride the West for $102, which is the amount of money they have wrongfully cashed. But, again, this is one example of what I would consider a real solution, not, by any mean, the only solution I am willing to accept to solve this problem.Thank you for all the efforts put in place towards to find a reasonable solution. I trust in the good will of all the parts involved based on the active communications held among us.Regards,
