Customer was issued a store credit for his cash purchases as soon as he made the return His credit card was refunded for the credit card purchases after the merchandise was returned The credit card processor initially delayed the refund That was beyond our control. **I SEE THIS JUST CREDITED A FEW DAYS AGO, THREE WEEKS SINCE PURCHASEACCEPTED.**The NO CASH REFUND Policy is not new, is posted and appears on each receipt This is a common small retail policy to prevent fraud and in store robberies CASH is not kept on the premises.**I TOLD DAN A CHECK WOULD BE FINEHE SAID HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING, ONLY THE OWNERI HAVE THAT IN WRITING FROM HIM I SAID TELL THE OWNERNOTHING HAPPENEDI CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES, NOTHING HAPPENEDTHE SMALL POSTED SIGN IS ON THE NORTH-FACING WALL, I WAS AT THE WEST REGISTERMIKE KNEW I MAY RETURN IT AND ENCOURAGED CASH FOR A DISCOUNT, SAID NOTHINGWHAT GOOD IS A POLICY PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT YOU SEE ONLY AFTER YOU'VE COMPLETED THE PURCHASE?If we were to process a check by mail refund, that would have to be requested by the customer in writing, and could take up to days to process **I DID REQUEST IT IN WRITING TWO DAYS AFTER THE RETURN, AS EMAILED TO ME BY DANI HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE ITIT HAS BEEN THIRTY DAYS.If the customer or any customer were to make a purchase that they thought they were planning to return, we would recommend using a credit card and not paying cash *NICE YOU RECOMMEND THAT NOW AFTER THE PURCHASE AND YOU HAVE MY MONEYI WAS GOING TO USE A CARD AND MIKE KNEW I MAY RETURN IT, THEN HE RECOMMENDED I USE CASH TO GET A DISCOUNTHE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT POLICY.We have received numerous calls and emails from this customer demanding CASH backCustomer claims to be a regular customer however he was in once in and twice in All of his purchases were by credit card until this last time, where he paid partially in cash and then returned the cash items It would be easy to use the store credit in either of our stores for his pool or spa **I TOLD DAN NUMEROUS TIMES A CHECK WOULD BE FINEI HAVE PAID CASH OTHER TIMES WHEN I WAS THERE, NOT REFLECTED IN YOUR STORE RECORDSI DON'T WANT CREDIT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS I WAS ASSURED BY MIKECASH OR CHECK.YES YOU'VE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS ON YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE AND HAVE NOT RETURNED EVEN ONE OF THEM!
