Paragon Roofing Inc. has a ten year warranty. We do not understand why he would go to the Revdex.com instead of using several other means to get in contact with Paragon Roofing Inc. Review: Purchased a new Duralite roofing from Paragon Roofing in 1998. The tile that faces the front street has discolored from the original "rustic cedar" color to a ugly "blue gray". There are at least 8 corner tiles with this ugly discoloration. I have called many times to no avail. They do not respond and ignore any communication. The warranty is 50 years and I have plenty of extra tiles on the side of my house. This will not cost them one cent. I asked them if it needs to be painted to match the rest of the roof I would accept this too. My requests are not major but I am 66 years old and unable to do this myself.

Please contact them and have them come to my house and fix the discolored tiles.Desired Settlement: Either replace the discolored 8 tiles (using the tiles on the side of my house) or paint them to match the rest of the roof.
