Paragon Transport did exactly what they were hired to do & notified [redacted] via phone & email of the pickup scheduleWe have excepted [redacted] **'s breech of contract & again do not wish for [redacted] to waste anymore of our timeHe canceled his order & was not & will not be charged the $cancellation fee he owed

My driver spoke with [redacted] at the pickup location around noon on 7/30 to tell him he was going to load in a few hours & [redacted] told him the car was ready. [redacted] emailed(not called) to cancel at 12:18 pm cst 7/30 saying the company that gave him the run around now had a carrier & he was cancelling. We did exactly what [redacted] hired us to do & [redacted] cancelled via email right before the driver was going to pickup. [redacted] was notified of the pickup schedule via phone call & email & signed a contract that if he cancelled after scheduling, he would owe a cancellation fee of no less than $250. My driver wasted time & fuel, we even offered to discount the cancellation fee to $150 , but [redacted] refused. I have attached the signed contract & emails. We did nothing wrong here & [redacted] was not charged anything. Paragon Transport is the victim, not [redacted]. 
The driver scheduled can be reached for comment, if need to confirm.

I honored my part of the contract however Paragon did not follow correct procedures to notify me. It is common business practice to honor their steps involved in communicating with the customer. Complaint will be closed with a response stating that [redacted] does not owe any cancellation fees and that our contract is terminated.
