I ordered 2 units of 12, 9mm incendiary rounds and only received 1 unit. I payed 60$ for 24 rounds but only received 12 rounds. Your website for customer service sucks and your phone number doesn't work. I would like the rest of my order. I would like to give you more business from my friends but not gonna recommend them to you! I would like some kind of response but still nothing!

One order was placed on 1/9/21 for $147.59 and the second order was placed on 1/12/21 for $65.25. Although my account was charged the correct amounts, I never received any order confirmation from the company. On 1/11/21 (after the first order but before the second one) I emailed the company at the above email address asking for confirmation but did not receive a response. I decided to take a chance and place a second order but did not receive an email confirmation for that order either. On 1/29/21 I attempted phone contact at the above number (the only contact number on the site aside from a fax number) and the call went directly to a generic voice mailbox. No mention of the company, no anything. I did not feel comfortable leaving a message on a generic mailbox with no identifier on it. That same day I emailed them once in the morning requesting resolution and once late that night informing them that I will report this issue to my bank and the BBB if I have to. As of COB today (Monday 2/1/21) I have still have not received any response. I really don't want to file a complaint. I just want the items I've ordered and confirmation that everything will happen as it should.
