Debt consolidation company requested my personal info and documents. Info was mailed and months later was told that it was lost and couldn't be found. *** They requested 900$ dollars even though I told them I did not have the money, *** They said they would contact my credit companies and never did. They told my I signed a document and that bound me and never produced or showed it to me.

I did a debt consolidation with the paralegal house or so I thought but all they did was take $1500 from me and ask me to type my name on a document on their website. They wanted the start up cost of $1500 I gave them my account number then they stoped answering their calls or emails. I try to call them I get a voice lady that sais press 2 if you are an existing customer. I press 2 and keep getting the same voicemail that wont respond.
