Review: To whom this may concern,I contacted Paralegals Unlimited over a year ago with inregards to filling for a divorce. I meet with [redacted] he filled out my paper work for me and turned it in to the court house, when my ex did not respond to the paper work he then generated a letter for my ex to sign, and that was an additional fee. [redacted] turned those forms into the court, I followed up with him around Feburary and he then informed me that the court house had lost my paper work. [redacted] contacted the court and the court was able to find my documents. I waited and heard nothing then in March I get a packet from the court saying that the paper work was missing some items. I took the paper work to [redacted] he told me he would take care of it. I waited for the court to send me my finalized paper work but nothing ever came. I contacted [redacted] he kept assuring me that it was coming and he would follow up with the court. Then towards the very end of May I get a call from [redacted] letting me know that the paper work was finzlized and I would get something in the mail. In June I get another envelope from the court house letting me know information is missing again. I contact [redacted] and asked him to plesae refund my money, it seems like I am getting no where. [redacted] does not return my calls or messages. I feel like since that inceident with when the court house lost my paper work [redacted] has been ignoring me and does not follow uo with me as he should. This has been causing me a lot of stess and I just want this issues resolved.Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I paid Paralgals Unlimited $570.00 for the paper work to filled and sbmitted to the court and then another $200.00 for the letter he created. I would like 770 dollars back for the work he was not able to complete.

Review: On 1/18 [redacted] and [redacted] met with [redacted] at an office right next door to Starbucks and the train station at 431 I St in Suite 107, Downtown Sacramento CA. The office door was unmarked. Business name was Paralegals Unlimited LLC, which did not match the address on the website. The office phone number 916-444-7400 on the website isalso "disconnected" Mr [redacted] explained to us that the office was undergoing some changes/renovation. He also mentioned to us that he is involved with a leadership program for parolees. We hired [redacted] for paralegal services and paid him $530 cash (we have receipt) to draw up Custody/Visitation Modification paperwork, to be filed w Sac Superior Court and process serve the other party as well. [redacted] has avoided most phone calls and emails. He claims paperwork has been filed and the other party was served paperwork, but no hearing date has been set. How is this possible? We have researched Sac Superior Court filings and nothing was ever filed. After further research, and learning that [redacted] hasa criminal background, we feel we have been scammed, and know that this legal matter was not handled. I have email documentation from [redacted] showing responses etc, which were in a very unprofessional format given he's supposed to be a "paralegal". Also, please note that contact information on paralegalsunlimited.net is incorrect. Today is 4/24 and nothing has been accomplished. Not only has this legal matter not been handled by Myles, but the other party who was to be served this paperwork (ex-wife Jennifer Harrell) of [redacted] Harrell, has violated court orders and [redacted] has been unable to visit or contact his children since September 2013. We have contacted the Detective Division and Records Department of Sacramento Police Department and filed a police report. We were told that due to the small amount of stolen cash, that we would have to start a civil lawsuit case. Paralegals Unlimited LLC website reads that they are members of the Revdex.com as well.Desired Settlement: We are merely just wanting our $530 back so that we can handle this legal matter ourselves. Myles should not be getting away with this; but the more delicate situation here is a Father/Daughters relationship that is quickly getting out of hand. WE HAVE EMAIL THREADS AS SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION BUT UNABLE TO ATTACH.
