Had a muzzle pinned and weldedThey gave me an estimated time of weeksThey took a monthThat wasn't too bad because I understand it was an estimate and they may have been busyFirst they tell me it will be done end of day two weeks ago (July 26)I give them a whole extra day (July 27), drive hours to pick it up and its not doneThen they tell me it will be done days later which would be a Friday July 29thI call Friday and they say it will be shipped that dayI call Tuesday (August 2) for tracking an they say they "lost their shipping person" Not sure what that meantBut they will ship it out that day(August 2)Call Again today (August 5) which is a week from when it was supposed to be originally shipped and they still have my item and still have not shipped itOwner says "What do you want me to do?" I spent a decent amount of money there before and wanted to let him know of the issue so he could correct it so it doesn't happen to any other customersWas not asking for a discount or anything like thatI thought I was doing him a favorDid not like the attitude he gave me and will not being going there anymoreBEWARE!

Review: I ordered one of their products on 12/29/2013. They took money after ordering said product. Gave confirmation email. and Then I waited for roughly a week before attempting to contact them via phone01/08/14. I had ro response or contact. I then waited another week and a half via phone01/21/14. No answer/response. I then attempt phone contact 01/28/14. No answer. On the same day I emailed them informing them of my order and how long it had been since. Later that day I recieved an email that the product I ordered was not to go into production until the following month. Feburary 3 2014 I recieve 2 emails. One informing me of a partial refund, another informing me that they would be starting production "in a few days time."and that they gave me a 50% discount. Febuary 12, 2014 I recieve an emailinforming that my order was shipped and that it was shipped through USPS prority with a tracking number. I went onto USPS tracking site and it said that it was pending continuous days following I checked still stateing pending. I call my local USPS office and they say same thing it is pending tehy only have electric label was created. I email Parallax that day informing them of this and no response as of 02/21/14. I have attempted multiple times to call today as well. no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like help in resolving this issue.
