we took our 2006 toyota sienna to paramount for body work, once it was completed we were told it was ready, my wife picked it up and it did not even make it home before it overheated and siezed the engine, when we contacted them they told me they did not even open the hood, upon examination of the bill we found an A/C Service after that we found a puncture in the top radiator hose located just above the A/C Compressor, they again chose not to take any blame, and recently after a complete disasembly of the engine we found more evidence the cooling system was tampered withProduct_Or_Service: auto body repairAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlementpay repair billsBusiness Response Paramount was paid to repair the rear of the vehicle, the a/c system had to be evacuated and recharged which entails loosening two caps attatching hoses and recharging the freo, Paramount did not do any service work to the cooling system, remove and install any components from the front end or cooling system. Paramount is not responsible for maintenance needed on a vehicle. Paramount respectfully declines making payment on the engine.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This business will not own up to their mistake, and make it right. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR RV HERE! Unless you want it to not make it home.Business Response This customer complaint was taken to Court and it was determined by the Court that this issue was a customer mechanical maintenance issue because the radiator hose blew while the owner was driving the vehicle and continued to drive the vehicle after the engine was overheating. Because of continued driving the engine seized. The mechanic in the Courtroom explained to the Judge that the condition of the radiator hose was due to the fact that it blew under pressure and was not a puncture wound as the customer was indicating. It is very disheartening that people can post whatever they want without having to tell the whole story. The Court found Paramount completely faultless in this matter.

Took our [redacted] Cabover Camper to Paramount to repair the slide pop-out. We saw their advertisements on TV. At first the service rep was rude and told us that the backend of our rig was basically breaking off and that was why the pop out motor and shaft had snapped. We asked how much and were quoted $800.00 not to exceed $1000.00. We agreed to have them do the repair. When we picked up our rig, the bill had exceeded the $1000.00. Again the service rep told us that the repair wouldn't work and he would not give us a warranty. We were concerned and called the manufacture for more information. They assured us that the backend of our rig wasn't going to break off. He also told us that the motor and shaft that was repaired cost only around 150.00 to 200.00 and should take no more than 2 hours to replace. Paramount had our rig for more than a week and obviously charged us 9x's the time and material cost. We went back and questioned their cost and they wouldn't negotiate. I would recommend to others considering RV repairs to avoid Paramount Auto/RV repair as they will take advantage of you and rape you with their charges.Product_Or_Service: Small slide out motorOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementCost of part plus 10%, they charged 689.51 for the part and 297.50 for labor. The part cost maybe 200.00. I would also like this to affect their rating on the Revdex.com site, so people know they are not a reputable shop!Business Response The repairs to your [redacted] were quoted as an approx cost between 800-1000, the final bill was 1041.xx, according to NRS 597.520 The additional 41.00 is well with in the law. you were advised that your unit has a serious problem and were even advised not to do this repair as there could be no warranty, I could not clarify your claim as to what you have stated from the factory, you were charged approx 2.5 hours of labor and due to the construction of your unit and the modification needed to replace the motor our technician took over 8.5 hours to remove and repalce the motor, Paramount still only charged 2.5 hours of labor, due to your time restraints the motor was not ordered from the factory as it would have taken a min of 10 -14 days longer to get the motor.

My experience with Paramount Auto Body was nothing short of awesome. The day I dropped my jeep off was the worst day ever!! I didn't have rental car coverage on my insurance policy and was all worried but Lisa put my mind at ease with a loaner car-all I had to do was return it clean and full of gas. Mark was able to keep me calm and assured me that he had everything under control and not worry. He even found a pretty big safety issue that I had no idea was there. All in all, I was completely at ease with leaving my jeep there. I recommend this body shop and would totally use it again if I had to!!","pos-1
