Hello, In response to this customer's complaint, she signed up for 2" snow Shoveling and PlowingOur snow removal season covers November to March as note on the contract under the SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES on the bottom front page of the contractIn the attachment you will see from our GPS system that lists the date and times that the truck was at her property for this time in questionOur Operations Manager, noted on these times that she did receive the service along with dates of the service.The contract cover the depth of the snow as shown on the contract so the snow fall on March we determined that south of was barely 1" of snow and shown on her contracts she was signed up for 2"On April she sent the e-mail requesting and received service.We do not feel we over charged her or is due a refund.? We did not get out in a timely manner on the January snow storm, we received 8-inches in the tiwin cities area that we serviceIt is our attempt to get everyone service part way through the storm as so nobody is snowed in, and then again at the end of the snow eventThis normaly works well
but we ended up having works decide to quit at that timeWe were able to get most of the customers in a timely manner but a few of them got missed as we tried to clear it allPlease see the attached e-mail to the correspondence that ended up with both the customer and us coming to an agreement on this issueWe have offered her a credit for a portion of the payment and she will be contiuning to receive service from us. Sorry your account had so many problems this year you did get a refund of $52 and will refund an additional $for your problems with late or missed services this winter Peter Doran

Hello ***, I have been forwarded your complaint and would like to respond with complete information. I have seen the comments and complaints that have been made and am not proud to say that our company is being described in this manner. Although, I would like you to know that in your original complaint we were responding to your direct questions and not to a full season history. I will now give you a full service history for this season.Your home was serviced for the snowfalls on:1/11/181/14/181/22/181/31/182/03/182/20/182/23/182/25/183/5/18 I feel that we did service you on the days that it snowed over two inches and that we fulfilled our obligation as far as arriving to the home. I am unaware of whether or not your services were performed up to our standards, but I am believing that they were not with the information you have given us. We will be addressing that with our plower. In a gesture of customer service, and not meeting your standards, I will be refunding the requested 1/of your plowing price. The plowing was $in total. You will be receiving a refund of $I feel that this is definitely more than fair with the amount of snowfalls that we did cover at your property. Have a good day, Jimmy ***Operations Manager
