Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Once again the head instructor is lying through his teethFor starters, Charlie B*** is one of Coach Justin's personal clients who pays him money for personal instruction in martial artsThe only reason he goes over to Paramount is because Justin is there, and it's actually easier for him to get there, compared to driving to Coach Justin's gym in Philly, *** *** *** ***Secondly, the head instructor just contradicted himselfYou can't claim in one statement that you don't claim to have more than a few amateurs, when your website laughably says, and I quote "We're not content with our guys fighting in the backs of nightclubs, and bush league events", and every picture on that site is of your fighters in bush league events, and then in the next statement say "we've had pro MMA fighters", none of which anybody has ever heard of, and claim they supposedly trained at your facilityThat is a blatant contradictionAlso on the site they don't say that he is a "Philadelphia Boxing Hall of Famer" they just have "Hall of Famer" because they are trying to imply that he better than he actually was, and generate more business by grossly, misinforming, and misleading the general publicIf they tell every student who comes in that information, then why didn't I know? I didn't know because that wasn't told to me, nor was I ever in the boxing program, and could care less for a has been who won the IBF Featherweight Title, and then coughed it up in his next fightA had been who is in a Hall of Fame that no boxing fan gives a flying, purple, people-eater aboutI could go on, and on, but would the Revdex.com please end this investigation, and order these clowns to give me my money back? I would go over there in person, and take it out of Bradley C***'s, greasy, greedy, prideful, paws, but I'm actually a real man, who favors diplomacy over, beat-downs, even though I am more than capable of beating any fighter they have over there in my weight class, yesterday, today, or tomorrow

Review: I went up to the business to inquire about their boxing program. They had me sign a contract that night, eventhough I wasn't sure I could make the classes at 7pm, due to my current work schedule. The contract stipulated that it can be rescinded within 3 days. I went up there after 2 days to say that, after speaking with my wife, I could not make the classes at the scheduled time. I spoke with Phil M[redacted]. Phil began telling me that if I really wanted to continue with the classes, I would find a way. He also told me that if I didn't want to continue, I would also find excuses. I further explained that I was no longer interested and did not want to continue. I made this very clear. Phil continued to not let me out of the contract by talking about how doing any other training at any other gym was inadequate and inefficient. I told him again that I did not want the debt of joining and I did not want to be responsible. I have since been contacted by their collection company, for a balance of $1,393.Desired Settlement: I would like Paramount to honor their contract and let me out like I requested. Further, I would like them to have their collection company stop contacting me. I already told the collection company that this is an illegal debt and it cannot be enforced.
