- Misquoted a large project
- Tried charging $9,000 more for work I specifically asked for to be in original estimate.
- Said they would start the yard on October 14th. After 6 days they came back with larger quote and no schedule on when they would start the yard.
-After I had to hire a different landscaping company they withheld my entire deposit(which I needed to pay another landscaping company with to finish the job before it gets to cold) until I paid for two trees a third party company half took down and we're still sitting in my yard. They were thinking I wouldn't pay them when they finally got around to finishing the job...

misquoted estimate / terrible communication / paying for work and it never getting done/ and paying $925 per tree (stumps not included) , paying more for another landscaping company than originally estimated because of the rush job I needed to get done.
