I needed two posts replaced, one 53” gate replaced and one post reset. Not a huge job though what I needed. This small, simple job was a fiasco.
The communication from the project manager and installer where horrific. They would say we will be there at... and not show. I would have to call to follow up. The cement work is subpar. The customer service was hugely underwhelming.
I would not ever recommend doing business with this company.

It would be fair to note that the fiasco was created due to our manufacturer sending the incorrect gate size and also fair to mention that your complaint to our company got the attention of the company owner who personally came to your project to ensure that it was completed properly. Nevertheless, we apologize that we fell short of your communication expectations. As you know, there have been numerous sever rain falls and flash flood warnings lately which has caused us quite the scramble to recover our schedule and communications were dropped at times. We regret that your experience was not as expected and appreciate you taking the time to share.
Paramount Fence finished 250' of 6' tall white vinyl fencing including a double gate at my residence, and I am very satisfied. This company does not use cheap panels and builds the fence custom one plank at a time. The fence seems decently sturdy and definitely exceeds 6' tall by at least few inches which I am extremely pleased about. I worked with Jeff, Jose, and also met the owner John with some of his foreman, and they all seemed like good people. It is worth the money, and I can definitely recommend this company. -Andrew
