However, we of course would address this issue at a service charge. [redacted] was calling the cell phone of an ex-employee and not our business line or the number listed on the Revdex.com so that is why he never got a hold of us or a return call. I called [redacted]s soon as I received his complaint letter 2/8/16 and left a message with my phone number, but I have not heard back from him[redacted] desired settlement is attainable, but will be at an additional cost, due to being out of warranty.
