If the customer will bring this watch in we will make an attempt to place the hand back on the dial. Since we are not an Invicta dealer we will no longer work on Invicta watches. I did not...

knock off the hand of the watch as the customer suggests. During removal of the watch back the hand fell off. I had no direct contact with this part of the watch. The customer will need to leave his watch so can take the time to complete this procedure.
We cannot guarantee that the watch will run once this is completed since it was not running when the watch was brought in to us.
