This review is concerning the lack of faith we have in the "Paramount UV system" After our recalled Trident unit failed, this company sold me their upgraded versionThis product still has issuesAlthough we believe this product actually does what it claims, the problem seems, they are not able to build a quality unit that keeps up with the pool pump industry We are told by their company representative these units do not operate properly with a variable speed pump, yet all pools are being built with variable speed pumps ! Due to several problems with this unit, we recently paid to install a bypass on this unit, and are being told by experts who service these units that sadly after our warranty is over, it is extremely likely this unit will be removed and we will be forced to re- plumb our system

I am responding to Complaint ID# [redacted] submitted by: [redacted] *** There was an initial delay in getting this addressed due in part to our being temporarily shorthanded in our Customer Service The other issue, which created confusion and attributed to the initial delay, was that we were originally dealing with [redacted] Pool service company (a service company there locally) The product was returned by [redacted] Pool on June 1st without an RMA which made it difficult to track as pertaining to a warranty This led to approximately a one week delay as it got sorted out internally and then tied to the homeowner – [redacted] Once all this was straightened out and the connection made to the homeowner the replacement/warranty product was immediately processed for shipment on June 8th In fact, Paramount overnighted the product to [redacted] Pool Service at our expense as we understood the frustration caused by the delay We received an email on June 9th from Rose at [redacted] Pool service thanking us for expediting the product shipmentI am comfortable saying that the issue was resolved prior to Paramount receiving notification of this complaint [redacted] ***Director of Sales and MarketingParamount Pool and Spa SystemsOffice: [redacted] Cell: [redacted] Email: [redacted]
