The attached are clearer copies of invoices These were sent to us by the business whereas the previous ones sent to the consumer had been faxed by the business earlier in the complaint process

I have proof that shows the box was shipped back and delivered to them. Our company will NOT pay for products that we did not buy. No PO was given to them and no payment will be issued. Any further complications will result in action from our lawyers.

Dear Cynthia:While I understand the frustrations and concerns expressed by [redacted], please be assured all moral, legal and ethical standards are upheld with our sales representatives on all sales calls to customers. At no time was there any misrepresentation...

All of our sales representatives are trained to request a purchase order number at the end of all sales requests.While we feel terrible about any miscommunication, we feel we did nothing wrong whatsoever. In keeping with our customer service friendly policy, had [redacted] requested a free pickup sticker, we would have been more than happy to supply her with one,Generally speaking, when there is any miscommunication, there is shared responsibility on both sides. Perhaps we could have spoke clearer or [redacted] could have listened more intently.Upon receipt of merchandise, we will close out this account and place this customer on our DO NOT CALL list.Reputation is everything arid we pride ourselves on our good standing with the Revdex.com. We have no unresolved complaints in 30 years of business.

Dear Madam/Sir:According to 3 different sales reps, [redacted] (30 years), [redacted] (9 years), and [redacted] (10 years), we have done business with you company at least 20 some times dating back to 1991 and [redacted], without any conflict or problems that could not be settled...

amicably.As far as the time lapse between the shipping and billing, a 7 day turnaround is the normal operating procedure that we have used for 30 years. It would certainly be poor tactics if a bill preceded the delivery of product.
When we have a customer call in with any concerns, it is our standard practice to make sure they receive good customer service with all their concerns addressed. We would have either offered to have UPS pick up the product or tried to have worked out a settlement that would appease the customer. Since we have not converted all of our accounts over to computers yet, it does take some time for us to retrieve customer history per [redacted] request. However, see enclosed documents.
In the 20 some dealings with your company, never have we hinted of any misrepresentation. Donna Hughes was made fully aware of the quantity and price of product that she would be receiving as we do with all of our customers.
In our continuing customer service, we will agree with the customers demand as always. We have made arrangements with [redacted] to pick up the package at our expense. Please allow 5 business days for pick up.

Company calls and gets the managers name then sends products that you did not order showing the managers name as customer ordered and verbal. Beware!!
Even after contacting them by telephone the products still keep coming.

Dear [redacted],In response to the complaint [redacted] filed by [redacted] as the treasurer representing the [redacted] # [redacted]. We originally talked with [redacted], the Administrator of the [redacted] on October 20th, 2015 at 11am. He expressed interest in...

our environmentally friendly eco-fresh toilet bowl clips. We clearly quoted the price and quantity. Also as is our Company policy we placed a second call for verification purposes at 11:55 am the same day. [redacted] requested delivery to his home because the hours of the [redacted] wouldn't allow a [redacted] delivery at a convenient time which requires a signature. On November 13", 2015 we received a phone call from [redacted] that all orders require a purchase order number. We always ask whether a purchase order number is required. He said not required as farm the authorized buyer as the Administrator and you can send it verbally to my attention. Once again not only did he tell us that a purchase order number was not required, he again for a safe delivery provided his home address. We feel that we went above and beyond anything in our power to make a positive result. [redacted] superseded [redacted]'s authority and negated the transaction by requesting an authorized return sticker. We agreed and processed that sticker. Upon receipt of the merchandise at our location we will credit the account accordingly. We will also as per [redacted]'s request we put them on a Do Not Call List.Let me additionally state that we also called [redacted] who acknowledged he placed an order and was very apologetic for [redacted]'s actions.SincerelyPresident

Dear Sirs,My name is Elliott L[redacted].  I am the owner and President of Paramount Products Company Inc. for the past 30 years. I have no idea what obscure website they retrieved the name [redacted], but will certainly correct it. As far as customer complaint and over reaction to the Better...

Business Bureau, on or about 12/16/2014 [redacted] expressed an interest in mint wave urinal screens. Salesman Ron R[redacted] gladly took the order and asked her for a purchase order number and was told no purchase order was needed: Consistent with our company policy Ron told [redacted] the price and quantity of all merchandise being delivered, her position and whom the bill should be sent to. As far as the salesman's promo this was as stated to [redacted] for [redacted] Club use. We have dealt with this club 2 times dating back to 2005 when the authorized buyer was [redacted] (See attached) and going back to original listing as Beaverton OR. We are offended by the accusations of scam because we had brief holiday hours between 12/31/2014 and 1/5/2015. Also there is a 3 hour time difference which made a contact more difficult. However on l/6/201.5 after many many attempts we spoke with [redacted] (Secretary) and told her although they changed their mind on the merchandise we would be happy to pick it up. I think our customer service policies are excellent as evidenced by our Revdex.com A+ rating.  A [redacted] pick up has been issued via email as well as US Postal Service. Upon receipt of merchandise we consider this matter closed at our expense with no further indebtedness by the [redacted].Thank you, Elliott L.
