Dear Sirs,We are not members of Revdex.com AZWe received a complaint from your offices by email, but we had already responded directly with the person who input the complaintThat person had a misunderstanding of the situation and they received a resolution of the issues. They had
also submitted a negative review on Yelp, but withdrew that complaint after the resolution to the issue was completedThey indicated that they would also be withdrawing the complaint from Revdex.com. We would request that this complaint be noted with Revdex.com AZ as satisfied and resolved. Our further question though is, how can we have a rating with Revdex.com is we are not a member?Please advise
