Jason S*** of Paramount Rarities, *** *** *** *** ** *** To discuss buying or trading some gold and silver coins
At his request, I sent him five gold coins which I had purchased for $ 8,
He was to have his appraiser evaluate and make me an offer on the five coins
He responded with comments that my coins were quite common and would not
appreciate very fast, if at all, based on their collectible value
He offered to buy my coins for about $ 6,less than I had paid and I turned down his offer He countered with an offer to trade a silver half-dollar which was a hot item and should appreciate in value much faster than my gold coins I agreed to look at his coin He sent it and after due diligence, I concluded that his coin was overpriced at least 40% above market and with his concurrence, returned the coin to him and he was to return my coins to me
He has not returned the coins
