I am rejecting this response because:
The business is doing some kind of fraudulent business practices and the reply I received from Lisa From PRSRepo had a different contact and business profileI contacted the Registered Business owner and it named attorney *** ** *** as president of the companyI was told by the lawfirm that they were not associated or doing any business with PRS and that they were using the attorney and info to conduct fraudulent documents and have access to confidential info and databaseI also got letters in mail from out of state comoanies such as DMV and a credit warning business stating that I was entered in their database system with negative flag or warning to prevent any type of credit and be denied any of those services. I have the Police reports where the PRS employee gave a different company that he worked for to prevent him from being arrested for unlicensed practicesMy car was damaged because of the hook attachment and the towI got pictures and witnessesThey also illegally try to change ownership of my vehicle days before the alleged RepoThen after I resolved the problem , it was switched back to my name electronicallyI got documentationThe employees from the ontario business are car thieves with history in vehicle theft crimesThe business is registered as a drug recovery and testing place not as a repo or any of that type . in the response that Lisa sent from PRS repo in Arizona said she was not aware of anything and that the individuals named in complaint , were questioned and she believed the statements from them. If I had any other info or related documents she said to contact her. My last resort will be to take this matter to court and file lawsuit against PRS And hopefully the right decision and favorable outcome will get my vehicle fixed and taken xare of before any other major problem comes about from those issues.
