PRMG contacted *** ** *** at the telephone number provided to address her concerns relayed in this complaintJanet was the seller on this mortgage loan transaction
It was explained to *** that although the initial purchase contract was 8/24/16, PRMG did not receive the
buyer's initial application until 10/3/
*** also confirmed that the buyer was working with another lender prior to transferring the loan to PRMG, which explains the reason for the time gap from the initial contract date versus our initial application date
The initial contract was set to expire on 10/18/16, but it wasn't until mid-October the underwriter conditionally approved the applicationAll remaining conditions needed for loan approval were fulfilled by the borrower during the first week of November
Due to the aforementioned circumstances, it does not appear that PRMG is responsible for any delays in loan processing and as such denies the seller's desired settlement
