Paramount Safety

This is in response to the complaint you received against Paramount Safety from ***Sorry it has taken me so long to respond.
I recieved a call from a *** representative in late August requesting information about a CPR class for their driversI returned the call on 8/31/at 9:am
We spoke briefly about their interest in doing a classThe representative informed me that she had attended a previous class of mine and reccommended me for the trainingShe said her supervisor would be contacting me. Duration of call was 3m 42s.
I was contacted on 9/15/at 2:59pm by *** supervisor about the classWe spoke at length about the possible class times and days, class minimum (students), proper attire, need for books and other associated informationDuration of call was 22m 8s.
I was contacted on 9/18/at 4:42pm. The supervisor said 9/26/from 10am-2pm would be good but that she would contact me on the 21st after putting out the sign up list Duration of call was 1m 3s.
I did not recieve a call on the 9/21/so I called *** at 3:49pm on the 21st and left a messege that I was trying to confirm the classDuration of call was 1m34s.
I contacted *** on the 9/22/at 2:28pm and the supervisor said that she only had people confirmed to attendShe said she extended the sign up sheet until 9/23/15 and would contact me by close of business on the 23rd to let me know the head countDuration of call was 1m 9s.
I recieved no call on 9/23/
I called several times on 9/24/15; 11:37am, 11:38am and 3:20pm all to no avail
I recieved a call from the *** supervisor on 9/26/at 10:10amShe asked if her assistant ever called me to confirm the classI told her that not only did noone call, but that I was expecting a call from her, not her assistant, and that i'd made several calls to confirm. I told her since I didn't recieve confirmation, I didn't comeShe said she understood and that she would speak to her director about rescheduling
I recieved a call from the director on 9/28/He was very irrate and disrespectful and wanted to know why I didn't show for a class that he says was confirmed on 9/23/As I tried to explain the situation, it was clear that he was being misled and that his anger was misplacedI hung up on him after he threatened me with a law suit.
This was not a case of confusing times or days or venuesThis was a case of complete failure to communicate on thier behalf.
